Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and have been trying to contact them for three days with no response at all. There has been no update about the order, no shipping information, and no reply to my messages. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If there is a delay or an issue, the least a company can do is communicate with its customers. Unfortunately, the complete lack of response makes this a very frustrating experience.

Don't order anything from here

Don't order anything from here, they won't let you cancel your order once the order is prepared for shipment, it's very disgusting way to stop you to change your mind even they haven't send your order yet.
And you have to wait you get your package first then pay at least 20 pounds to return it, and you also don't know if they will accept your return.

Beware of this online store. It is a scam been waiting on refund since the 16th of February 2026 and it is the 20th of march 2026 and still not gotten my money back £424. CETTIRE give me my money and is there a way i can report the company

Terrible customer service- the worst I have EVER experienced

Terrible customer service. Buyer BEWARE. Don’t buy unless you have tried the item on elsewhere and know it fits and you like it. Very short window returns policy and haphazard shipping with zero communication /notifications means they don’t care if a neighbour signed for it whilst you were away. Impossible to actually speak to anyone in customer services. They make it really hard to return anything . I had to travel abroad because my father went into a coma and died. An expensive item arrived whilst I was away at his funeral and a neighbour signed for it.but it took ages to track down and they ignored all my emails. The item ( expensive designer trainers) were really small. Very Uncomfortable . Unwearable. Then they refused to refund me because they needed notification of the return within 10 days of the delivery date. Even though they were NOT delivered to me and they were not interested in helping me track down where they had gone so it was impossible to meet this deadline .once I found the right neighbour. I tried the shoes on the day I got them from the neighbour and and I had already sent all of the images and bar codes for them to assess the condition that they demanded before they decided I had missed the returns deadline. I have proof of the death. The plane tickets and everything and yet I could not get a supervisor to contact me. Or speak to anyone. It took 11 days to even get a response from one of the emails I sent. I had bought from them before but I WILL NEVER BUY from them again. I’m am not convinced the customer service team have an humans. It must be bots.

Returned item and no refund…

Returned item accepted by Cettire and delivered on 12 Feb 2026. Refund of £266.13 still not issued despite written confirmation that a refund would be processed upon receipt. Complaint now lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

The worst customer service I have received from a company. This company is unethical, rude and spiteful.

I ordered some shoes and they removed the discount code as I was trying purchase the shoe. The discount code expired in 6 days, I asked why they removed the discount before the 6 days and they said they can change a discount at anytime even tho you are trying to purchase an item.

Sent Boots that were damaged, returned them now they claim I did the damage.

I ordered a pair of Courreges boots and a tank top. I kept the top but the boots appeared slightly used. I brushed it off since they were already on sale. In any event, I returned the boots within their very short time frame. I knew of a return fee of $25 but did not realize there would also be an additional fee of $50 since the total cost of my original purchase was very $800. They held the boots for over 2 weeks once the boots were received. Then they rejected my return claiming the boots were used. They are sending the hoots back AND charging me $150 for the return. I have contacted customer service multiple times saying the boots were sent to me n a poor condition. I have asked for a phone call and have received nothing. It’s a shame as I have purchased from here before but NEVER again.

I asked for a discount on it or a future purchase - they do not even read the messages and just keep asking for a photo of the items with tags and telling me I cant send it back without them - I won't order anything from them again

AVOID AVOID AVOID i bought christian louboutin heels on 23rd december they were too big for me as you know christian louboutin sizing sometimes varies. i returned them on 26th december 2025. i asked for an exchange on the day i received them but they said no i have to return these first. i have been ordering before for a decade and i know to not remove the tag or scratch the heels. we dont wear shoes in our house so i did try them on clean fresh carpet and i put them back into its box ready to send off as i have a wedding end of the month i wanted to buy the correct size once i received my refund for these. on 2nd january 2026 they recieved them i kept emailing them as it had been more than 20 days they had not issued me a refund so in the end after sending them about 25 emails. this is what they said

The item returned to us was dirty and scratched, and was missing the 'Do Not Remove' tag.. Please see the corresponding images attached for your clarification.

Unfortunately, we have to reject the return because it was not returned to us in the same condition as shipping.

I DID NOT REMOVE THE TAG AND THEY SENT ME 4/5 RIDICULOUS PHOTOS PROBABLY SCRATCHED THEM THEMSELVES AND BLAMED ME FOR IT TO AVOID ISSUEING ME A REFUND. honestly the worst company ever. i purchased the Amina Muaddi Heels from FARFETCH at the same time as i wanted silver heels for a wedding. i sent them back because of the sizing and they refunded me STRAIGHT AWAY. seriously avoid this company they are SCAMMERS !!! there’s no phone number to contact them aswel i wish i read the reviews from what people have been saying about them. i can’t believe i literally put the heels back immediately as they didn’t fit they were too big why would i want to risk £700 heels and wear them when i know they wont give me a refund back if i did wear them or scratch them or remove the tag. the WORST company by far !!!!!!! please AVOID

awful!

I would give this a minus star if possible. Ordered a jacket, 3 days later got email to say item out of stock. Checked online, identical item still showing in stock. Emailed customer services, got told that the item I ordered is not the same as I ordered or its new season, and manufacturers will use the same codes blah blah blah . I should know what I ordered! It was the same landing page, same product codes, basically it was what I ordered. I asked them how does the customer identify this? Never got a response. I do't think they know themselves, as there is no specific product code for each item.
So having waited for a whole week, i reordered the same product. Again, 3rd day after placing the order, I get email to say its out of stock. Again, contact customer services, and the same BS about its not the same item I ordered. Its false advertising, and don't waste your time with this company

My experience with CETTIRE has been…

My experience with CETTIRE has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Although I returned the item on the same day it was received and provided clear photographic evidence of the packaging at the time of FedEx collection, the company has continued to dispute the return by incorrectly referencing “damaged original packaging” that was never provided with the shipment.

Despite receiving written confirmation that the item was returned to CETTIRE, I have experienced ongoing delays and inconsistent explanations regarding resolution. Responsibility for any alleged transit damage has been wrongly redirected to me rather than being addressed directly with the courier.

This issue has resulted in prolonged inconvenience, time spent on repeated follow-ups, and delayed access to my refund. Clearer communication, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to consumer rights would have significantly improved this experience.

Based on this experience, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution and ensure thorough documentation when dealing with returns.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. I returned an item 11 days ago and their refunds/ returns process states they will action the refund/ return within 5-10 days. I'm still waiting fro my refund after 11 days and after contacting them for a refund they've said my return is still going through 'quality' checks and I need to be patient and wait for my refund. I returned the product instantlly which was of course unworn, with tags and in perfect condition. This not only breaches their return terms and conditions but also consumer law in the UK. So I'm having to contact my credit card for a chargeback. Digusting customer service and very shameful unduly holding on to customers money when they're due a refund.

Item Never Delivered, Refund Delayed Over a Month

I placed a shoe order from Cettire at the beginning of December. The item was shipped via FedEx and reached my city within 3–4 days. However, the FedEx courier never came to my door. No one rang my bell or contacted me. They only entered the building, left a note in the mailbox, and left.

As a result, the package was returned to the sender without ever being delivered to me. I never received or touched the shoes.

On December 15, Cettire emailed me confirming that they received the returned item and stated that my refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. Today is January 13, and despite sending 10–15 follow-up emails, the refund has still not been issued. I keep receiving the same response: “We are waiting for an update from upper management,” which is unprofessional and delaying.

This situation caused a serious loss of trust. I would also like to note that I have a large network of people who actively use this platform, and I am sharing my experience with them. This type of service directly affects customer trust and brand reputation.

I regularly shop from platforms like Farfetch and have never experienced anything like this. Their processes are clear, fast, and professional.

I have now given Cettire 8 hours to complete the refund. If it is not processed within this time, I will contact my bank to start a chargeback and submit formal complaints across all relevant platforms.

I am writing this review to inform and protect other customers. Please think carefully before ordering from this platform.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! They will charge you 30 AUD for express shipping and thereafter you need to beg them to just take back your money. I spent 600 dollars for my nephew’s birthday. Long story short, no status update, lost the money, and to find another gift

I so wish I read these reviews before I made an order. I ordered a bag for almost £900! When it arrived, in flimsy tissue paper, the bag is suede. I decided it wasn’t for me due to the size, returned immediately. 6 weeks later after numerous emails querying my refund. I receive an email from DHL to say I have a parcel coming from CETTIRE. I email CETTIRE right away with no response until after I receive the bag back! Them stating the bag was received back in “bad condition” which is absolutely ridiculous. I barely touched it. I am going to try and claim through my credit card, but I will NEVER use them again! Reading the reviews on here it appears to be their party trick!!!!

The worst company bar none.

The worst company bar none.
Ordered an item for Christmas as a present. Next day got an e mail saying order was being prepared.
10 days later it still hasn’t reached anything resembling a post box.
Customer service response is amongst the poorest you can experience. Allow 10 days blah blah, can’t be held responsible for customs delays (garbage as it hasn’t been posted).
No one will look at your order and offer any help or timeframe.
Never ever waste your time with these jokers!
I am going to contact my credit card company for a refund as suggest it will be quicker.
If you are tempted to order. DONT IT ISNT WORTH IT.
They clearly don’t have the stock they suggest and are beholden to 3rd party retailers.

Extremely disappointing service – ruined a Christmas gift

I have been a loyal CETTIRE customer for several years and have spent a significant amount with the company, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.

This order was a Christmas gift for my husband, and I made that very clear to CETTIRE from the beginning. I placed the order well within their stated standard delivery timeframe, trusting their usual service as I have done since 2020. Unfortunately, CETTIRE showed no consideration at all for the importance or time sensitivity of this order. Their only response was repeatedly stating that they “do not guarantee delivery dates,” without offering any real help or solution.

Once the parcel was handed to their courier, everything went wrong. There were no proper tracking updates, no delivery date, and no time slot provided. We spent days contacting the courier through an automated system, repeatedly explaining the situation from the beginning, yet nothing changed. CETTIRE did not step in to assist and simply redirected us back to the same ineffective tracking system.

To make matters worse, we received an email from the courier saying the parcel was available for collection at a specific location. We took a taxi there, only to be told the parcel was not there at all. The courier later admitted they had no idea why that message was sent. This mistake cost us both time and money, yet CETTIRE refused to reimburse the taxi cost.

Throughout this entire process, there was no genuine customer care. We spent days chasing updates, only to see the same meaningless status changes on the tracking page after every chat. On Christmas Eve, we were told we would receive an update within four hours — but we heard nothing, not even on Boxing Day.

As a result, my husband did not receive his Christmas gift, which was extremely upsetting. The emotional frustration, wasted time, and additional costs were completely disregarded. For a company representing luxury brands, this level of service is simply unacceptable. There was no accountability, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the situation properly.

Sadly, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in CETTIRE, and I will think very carefully before purchasing from them again.

By this moment we are still trying to contact their courier service by chatting with their automated system and trying to get the parcel.
