A company is only as good as its customer service and Clover has always been poor. Software and ease of use is good, but consistently poor in solving problems and answering queries. I would never return as they make it all too stressful.

The large repair to a flat which had a fire took 6 months.
Clovers Tradesman when on site carried out the work
in a very professional way. The running of the work and communication was done by Andy the painter. He was top dog. a big thank you to James. Tom. and Becks.
Work still not complete. Office staff very hard to get hold of. In fact showed little interest in works carried out. Thank you Andy, Tom, James , and Becks.
Having a large fire in every room is and they brought the rooms back to 100%.
Office staff needs to take better interest to comminicate to there clients .

Hopefully your system will not go wrong and hopefully they won’t take 3 months to fix it as they did with my shop. Endless phone calls and no one who is bright enough to actually know what might be wrong. All they do is keep sending out different parts day after day costing them so much money in DPD, hoping that one of them will fix your problem. They refuse to send out a technician to help so you are on your own. If you get the one person who is helpful and knows what they doing you are lucky but that is as rare as hens teeth. It’s the technical side which are so bad and customer service. If you need your equipment to work 7 days a week because you have to take payments then telling you they will return your email in two weeks does not cut the mustard. Awful service!
