Alfie Banks dealt with my order from start to finish. His customer service and guidance was excellent. I love this company: the costs are so much better than other card readers and the service is 100% every time I have any questions. Not good at all my mother wanted to cancel it, she sign up for a 12 month contract, she talked to one of their customer service and they said it’s a 40 month contract so she had to pay a £100 cancellation fee, they said they will send the link for the cancellation payment they didn’t. Two months past and they sent a letter to her demanding her to pay an extra £50 for not paying on time and £30 for each month that she have not paid. She had to pay a total of £210 for the cancellation. Use it if you want but just be careful.
