This is the worst company I ever dealt…
This is the worst company I ever dealt with. They are fraud. I purchased 3 bracelets from them and it took much longer than their quoted timeline. Beside that it missed my event but when I wanted to return them due to low quality and appearance , they said it’s passed the 14 day policy! Which it wasn’t really. I explained that it was received late and there is time but David from craftd ignored me and said refer to the return policy!! This is a true scam! Do not waste your hard earned money on this platform. Shameful!!!!

Absolutely Recommend and GREAT customer service
I absolutely recommend CRAFTD jewelry! Over the past few years, I’ve built up quite a collection, and their pieces never disappoint. Recently, one of my chains started to lose its color. It only took one quick email, and they offered an immediate replacement. Since I mix and match my chains with different pendants, I told them I honestly couldn't remember exactly which chain it was, but I guessed it was the one that originally came with the bear pendant. They didn't just send me a new chain...they sent the pendant with it as well!
Really outstanding customer service. Thanks so much, CRAFTD! I will definitely keep ordering from you guys in the future.

What a terrible company to deal with
What a terrible company to deal with - jewellery is great but customer service useless - my son was gifted a gift card, went to use it but said expired - contacted Craftd several times via email as there’s no contact number and was told card was cancelled - why ?? No one knew but then told it was reinstated and a new card was emailed / went to use that and came up expired again / contacted Craftd yet again and once more several emails later Chloe said the card had been cancelled ??? I explained the previous situation of Craftd mistakenly cancelling the card for no apparent reason and could she please reissue so that we can use it and NOTHING !!! Still emailing but no response -really really bad form/ very angry as this was a 21st birthday gift

After reviewing your case, we can see that the gift card purchase was automatically flagged by our security system due to a potential fraud risk. We provided the possible reasons this can happen, and as a result, the order was automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Unfortunately, once a gift card has been refunded, we're unable to reinstate or reactivate it. A new gift card purchase would need to be made if you still wish to purchase one.
We sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused and appreciate your understanding.

I've ordered a gold cross pendent set due to be delivered tommorroe Wednesday 8th July2026 got a message at 10:49 am saying it will be processed shortly i ordered it on Monday 6th July 2026 6hours later nothing processed and then just blanked me after now there not back untill 810 Thursday morning total joke and I've had a silver half iced chain last year which I've had changed since the. 7 times as it fades and turns my neck green

Nice jewelry and great customer service
Ordered a necklace set and it arrived quickly internationally. The quality seems good and I really like the design.
I had a small issue with my order and after contacting customer support, they fixed it within the day.
Overall, very pleased with trying CRAFTD London and will be ordering from them again!

Genuinely scrap at quality prices.
I got pearl necklace with silver cross for £99-00...a beautiful piece. However, lifetime guarantee? I've owned it for less than one year and it is now rolling down the road in all its glory having broken. Simply just fallen apart as I walk...no pressure just fallen apart. I don't like negative comments but what was a beautiful necklace now no longer exists.

Good warranty
I've ordered from CRAFTD London several times and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, one of my earrings broke, but their customer support was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Customer support is excellent!!
I bought my then boyfriend (we are now engaged!) the cuban set and unfortunately the necklace did tarnish. However, customer support was really helpful and offered to replace the set for free or provide store credit. I opted for store credit as my fiancé and I plan to use the credit for a wedding band. Hopefully we just had a defective product and the new one doesn’t tarnish!! Thank you so much Kishon for your support!

Worst experience ever!I bought earrings paid premium thinking that would last long it was damaged after 2 week!I contacted them which they were pretty laid back to get back to me and lady called Chloe said would you have replacement staightaway or store credit and i said i would like a replacement and not heard from them again!A mail comes through from them saying i got £10 store credit but min spend applies £30!i mean what a joke?!you cant even call that customer service they were just not interested in solving the issue god knows i cant even get my money back now which paid £20 for just an earring!
Avoid them at all costs they just dont care and want your money nothing else!
