I don’t think the company exists, DO NOT BUY from them. Ordered a weighted blanket, it cost £130 and they took my money. I received a confirmation email and then that was it. Not received my blanket and not received a reply to my many emails I have sent. I just wish I had paid it on my credit card and not my debit card so I could claim it back. How do companies in the uk get away with this?
Ummm, the website appears to be running a scam. Charged 100£ for a blanket. What arrived a month later was really cheap and flimsy version that looked nothing like the photographs and was exceptionally bad quality. Repeat request for refunds were not answered. Reporting the website to the authorities and my bank.
I ordered a Knitted Blanket 100cm x 200cm / Pastel Blue, but when it arrived, it was not what I expected. The blanket was made of a cheap, flimsy material that was more like cushion filler than a knitted blanket. It was also the wrong colour and did not resemble the advertised product.
I contacted the customer service department to request a refund but received no reply.
I am very disappointed with this experience. I feel that the product description misled me and that I could not return the product.
I was unable to reclaim my money. I would also like to warn other consumers about this company. They are not a reputable business, and they should not be trusted.
