Works well and is straightforward to fit and set up.

Straightforward purchase on Eufy Website, however the large amount of choice of units and different homebase units means a bit of care is required. (Note to Eufy - an AI assistant might be useful here to help and confirm to the prospective purchaser that everything will work together). Delivery was clearly communicated. Set up & fitting was very simple indeed, the doorbell unit and homebase recognition worked well 'out of the box', and linking to Alexa and our legacy wired doorbell was also straightforward.

Very User Friendly

Set up a home security system with Eufy
Very straightforward, very user friendly
Also has the advantage of being able to completely individualise a system depending on needs.
Also cost effective and allows you to store images locally rather than subscribe to a cloud service
Very impressed and will probably build on the initial system further (external camera, door bell, door entry sensors, home base)

Eufy Outlet Shop via EBay / Terrible Experience

Update 12.3.26 - I was finally sent a replacement X10 Pro robot hoover, it arrived yesterday and it was a total disgrace to be 100% honest…the replacement was filthy dirty and I simply can not believe it had been tested/checked over or refurbished….it wasn’t even cleaned. As soon we spent 10 minutes cleaning it, we set it up and it immediately showed up an error that the washer pad drier wasn’t working….i strongly suspect this is why it was returned to Eufy in the first place and I seriously believe it was sent out via their eBay refurb shop to the next unsuspecting customer (me!)…I’m pretty upset with this terrible standard of service.

I was been contacted by Eufy after I left my review, I’ve requested the details of the complaints team twice via the support team (or AI Bot) that eBay offers (no reply on the matter) and I have to say I’m pretty upset that they simply ignore requests to escalate. The eBay refurb shop support agent has offered me a third machine (with a set of free accessories!)…but you can imagine just how low my trust level is now. Be very careful about using their refurbishment service…my advice is steer clear and save yourself a lot of stress. I have used an Eufy X8 for 2 years and loved the product and only replaced it due to the battery life reducing to an unusable level….i wish I still had it!

This review is for the Eufy outlet shop which offers ‘refurbished’ machines via an eBay shop.
I have been without a robot hoover for weeks now, I brought an X10 pro which was supposed to be fully refurbished and tested etc. The item we were sent was faulty from the moment we tested it and it’s been a nightmare trying to cope with the sub-standard support they offer.

I’m personally convinced Eufy use AI for a support service, the dialogue has been comical but totally frustrating at the same time.

The bottom line is the quality of refurbished product we received was sub standard, the courier service via EVRI was equally poor (they don’t update the tracking system as they should, so you have no clue when the item will arrive), The support service sounds very courteous due to scripted repaired, but it’s slow/long-winded and if you not careful you will get offered a engineering support chat but that can take up to 5 days to arrange etc)…..it’s all very slow.

If you spend some time reading reviews about the outlet shop by Eufy, you will see plenty of complaints about dirty non-working products being supplied.

I wish I had read reviews first, I wouldn’t have taken the chance. I greatly regret buying a refurbished Eufy product and I wanted to warn others that it’s a bit of a gamble. I accept I took a chance on buying a refurbished product..if only the support was faster acting and another machine was shipped out faster, it’s survivable. But we are weeks into having brought a robot hoover and we still don’t have a working machine. It’s unacceptable and I hope the company read these trust pilot reviews and greatly improve their service.

Sorry to leave a one star review, but sadly it’s well earned and I dearly hope it helps the company focus on their customer experience.

C31 Doorbell, very good product

We purchased c31 video doorbell from the eufy shop direct and received a discount of £50 which is great. The doorbell picture quality is great, and night vision in black and white is also very good although because the doorbell is in the enclosed glazed porch it only detectects when someone is close, ( though this is not an issue). Time lag on the app can be about about ten seconds, and occcasionaly gets a p to p error, but have found using an iPhone 8 if you force the app to close by double clicking the home button and reopening the app it connects every time.
This is a very good product and the storage using micro sd card is excellent.
This is avery good product, easy to install, we went for wired connection so no need to charge the battery. v ery fast service from eufy direct.
Would reccomend.

Eufy bargain …

Researched well before buying and straight got into 2 door bells and base station . Well happy as delay is marginal and comes as notyfication and not as a call . Battery seems to holding pretty well and quality is just perfect. So far happy as hoping to extend to some sensors a maybe camera

We bought the C10 to replace the G10…

We bought the C10 to replace the G10 hybrid which we had been using for a number of years. The C10 is excellent and cleans noticeably better than the G10. The self emptying station is very helpful as we don't have to empty it every other day.

Not Viable Ring Replacement.

I bought Eufy to replace an ever increasing in cost and reliability Ring system. Bought a complete home system with homebase. Within 3 weeks it all went offline. It erased all of the footage when I added the device back in as well as every single setting on the system that took those 3 weeks to fine tune. But that's not the worst part.

The 2 cameras I had professionally fitted at the top of my house now needed a barcode to be scanned as well as a button pressed in the camera to be relinked, so another bunch of money to have someone climb a ladder to facilitate that. This wiped out any saving I might have made and if it happens again, I shall be selling the lot. The help page said nothing about re-adding the homebase would mean totally reinstalling everything from scratch and all the settings like zones, default positions, notifications, everything.

Not at all happy with it so far and trying to get it to actually stick to motion in the drawn zones is mind numbing, it seems broken from the start

Runs like new again

Great replacement dust collector for my robot vacuum. It fits perfectly, feels well made, and was very easy to install. Since replacing it, the vacuum collects dust much better and runs like new again. Very happy with the purchase!

The video doorbell has good video…

The video doorbell has good video quality but the battery doesn’t last a week in normal mode. I have 2 batteries that I replace every week.
Also the funtion to talk through the doorbell is not practical. There is a long delay in the communication even is next to a fibre optic router with a high speed.
