Poor service

Ordered twice from this company, first time was great with no problems. This time, we have not received the item we have paid for, they say its on the way and its UPS fault the parcel has not yet been delivered. The parcel was dispatched 25/11 - still nothing and no updates from UPS. Fox have stopped responding to my emails and have done absolutely nothing to help, clearly they are not bothered since they have been paid; for this reason I would not recommend or use them again. Doubt the item we have paid for will ever turn up! Their items are also massively overpriced.
Update - finally got a reponse from Fox; they have refunded me for the item which is good and have said "if it ever turns up" I can keep the item as a "gesture of good will". They clearly have no idea where this shipment is and how they are going to resolve the issue! I'm sure there are thousands of other customers affected by this lost shipment.

One of the worst brands we have ever…

One of the worst brands we have ever dealt with. Helmet broke without any impact after 2 uses and 3 weeks later, there was no progress on the warranty claim. The helmet belonged to an autistic young person who we as carers look after, he has been unable to use his bike for 3 weeks now and it provides great comfort to him. The brand were well aware that the customer had a disability yet decided to mess around and try to avoid a warranty claim regardless. Not only are helmets made by Fox Racing not safe, they are a completely irresponsible brand, this company are the McDonalds of sports.

I would say 0 if it was possible

I would say 0 if it was possible. I need to return two items as they are way too small. I have sent 3 emails and messaged them on instagram and heard nothing. I will never deal with them again. Anybody know how I will return items and get my money bacj

dont buy from them direct as service is shocking for a main brand

I ordered some items from the Fox racing online store. I then immediately was told by my wife that she had ordered the same already so within 5 mins I emailed fox saying that I needed to cancel the order. I did not get a responce and instead go a confirmation the next day that the parcel was being made ready to dispatch.
I called fox and they said not to worry as they have called the parcel back and it was on its way back to them and I would get a refund so I did not not have to do anything. The next day it got delivered to me!
Since then I have sent fox 5 emails, tried to call 4 times, had no responce and finally got through on phone to me told I would get a email that day with the postage label. 4 days later and no email!! I have had no refund and now have missed my sons birthday gift as needed a refund to get a different fox item he wanted. The service is CRAP! Products are great but buy from quality resellers and NOT fox direct!!

Excellent online service. Needed to speak to someone regarding my order and Carlos emailed me and then called me and resolved the minor issue. Thank you to Carlos he is a credit to the Company.

Excellent customer service from Peter…

Excellent customer service from Peter in Fox Racing. I can’t recommend Fox Racing enough. Peter in customer service is excellent at his job. Peter went above and beyond for me. This kind of service, is so hard to find nowadays! Fox Racing is lucky to have a great employee like Peter. I will always be recommending Peter in Fox Racing going forward. I can’t thank him enough for his great service.

Service was good, returning took a long time ....

I ordered a jacket from here ......before reading the reviews, I was instantly worried. But the jacket arrived quickly which gave me some confidence. The main issue occurred when I needed to send the item back. The communication between myself and customer service was in my experience ok, they answered emails and even called. But the refund took well over a month to complete, they also charged £10 to send the item back (I disputed this) which in my opinion is too much and the wait was far too long.
In this day and age a refund should take no longer than a week. I would have given this a higher rating if it wasn't for the returns process which needs to be addressed by the company.

Totally shocking non existent Ccustomer service

Purchase a helmet back in June Item never received no response to emails, Phoned many times got through once spoke to a Lady with very poor English who couldn't give Me no information ie tracking etc, Finally just got My money back via Barclaycard.. One to avoid....

Excellent service and great products

Bought variety of products for mtb, mainly apparrell and protection gear. Products are great, very fast delivery and shipment communication. Had a complaint wit quality on one of my knee protectors. Feedback and resolution in less than a day. Great communication and fast decision. Customer First and Service have been demonstrated to very large extend. Maximim rating on service and prducts.

I ordered from here before reading the…

I ordered from here before reading the reviews...........but was surprised at quick delivery, items seem of good quality....sizes show on package but didn't show on web...... on web it said os.....( one size) but when it come it said 4/9 year old on elbow pads and 6/9 on knee pads, they fit my 10yr old and if they still ok in a yr or 2 could extend the elastic........happy with my purchase, just could've been clear with sizes

Very good speedy service!

Ordered my items on sale on the uk website with free delivery over the weekend, recieved a confirmation email immediately then a dispatched email the day after with a tracking number. It didnt say what courier they used so i did a quick search which led me to these reviews, theyre almost all bad so i instantly worried about my order but the tracking on ups worked fine and it arrived the next day exactly as it sayed. It came from the netherlands not uk but it only took 3days! Top service quicker than most and simple easy transaction thankyou. Im only leaving a review becouse if i read all the bad reviews before i placed my order i probably wouldnt have done so and i would have missed out on a good purchace from what i have found to be a very good efficient company. Thanks again fox!

Absolutely terrible business and customer service

I love Fox items despite them being ridiculously overpriced, however won't be buying directly from them in future and will support my local bike parks instead.

Not only do the items take weeks to deliver - probably because they use the dreadful UPS courier which don't know their behinds from their elbows - but they also have the cheek of subtracting £9 from refunds for their 'returns service'. This is absurd and just goes to show how money driven this company is. So not only did I spend £60 on a jacket which basically was a piece of very thin polyester which the fox logo on which would have cost around £8 in Primark without the logo - but the sizing was ridiculous so had to return and they take £9 from the refund, even though it took 3 weeks to arrive because after being shipped from Amsterdam, it apparently was sent back! So I then had to wait for them to receive it and then send it to me again. Any normal customer focused company would have sent a replacement asap!

Dreadful company!!

AVOID - Customer Service are AWOL

Getting my order acknowledged & delivered was a complete nightmare, when it finally arrived I needed to return 1 shirt. Return was delivered back to Fox but no refund or acknowledgement.

No response whatsoever to emails or voicemails for over 3 weeks, the customer service number goes straight to voicemail.

I was also offered a goodwill gesture due to the inconvenience I experienced with my order but no sign of that either!

Pretty shocking for what I believed to be a reputable company.

As many others have said do not use…

As many others have said do not use this company. Don't respond to phone calls, slow response to emails, tracking numbers says delivered when they aren't. I can't believe a brand like Fox is this bad! I ordered 3 items and the first 2 came separately at different times and the 3rd item is now sold out!

If I could give no stars I would!
Similarly to the other reviews, I placed an order several weeks ago. The UPS tracking number says it was returned to their Netherlands branch. As this was a gift, I have called their 0800 number several times, left three voicemails, emailed three times and contacted them via the messages on their Europe and UK Instagram. No reply to any of my communications whatsoever ever.
Horrendously disgusting service and it seems they just take your money and disappear. I don’t hold out any hope for receiving my item or any type of refund. It wasn’t expensive but that’s not the point.
For a worldwide brand, customer service should be the forefront of your business and clearly it is not here!
Avoid using at all costs as they clearly cannot be trusted.

I Wish I Could Give No Stars

I wish I had visited trust pilot before placing an order. I ordered 4 T-shirts on July 5th - the money left my qaccount pretty sharply, but I am yet to receive anything for my money.

I received a confirmation email with a tracking number, but no indication of which courier or how to use the tracking number.

The phone numbers & email addresses listed on the website are all apparently inactive, except for 1 that usually asks you to leave a message. Obviously no one ever calls back.

On one occasion, someone did pick up - he assured me that the package had been sent & promised to send a follow up email with a new tracking number. No email has arrived & that was 6 days ago.

these people are thieves & scammers, not legitimate vendors.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID - Terrible customer service

Trying to return an item. Tried contacting customer service - Terrible.

Due to returns needing to be back in 28days from arrival, I didn't have time to await a response from customer service.
I went ahead and shipped my item for return, which cost £15.65.

A week after shipping and two weeks after my initial email to customer service, they replied. Not much use!
