When I need glue, I go to Gorilla. Their products always have a super strong hold and have no run so that when you glue on a vertical surface, the glue doesn’t drip down your working area. I have used other glue brands before but none have compared to Gorilla. 5 stars.

Expensive junk. Not a particularly good super-glue and like others have said, I put it back in the drawer, fully-sealed and when I took it out to use again, it was rock solid.

The packs they sell at Poundland, containing five tubes are much better quality and whilst they too, have a habit of setting, at least you're only 20p down, so save your money.

This is a review of the company and how they dealt with my enquiry. The 3g superglue is really excellent but I bought a duff batch off m.k.tools on ebay. These people sold me 6 tubes of very old glue, dated @2012 that was useless. m.k.tools are useless too and have not responded to emails, so my advice is to avoid them. Kim at Gorilla Glue on the other hand responded immediately and I had six replacement tubes of superglue delivered first class post FOC. Not their fault at all but fantastic customer service.

Using the contact adhesive that is absolutely brilliant, as usual with their products, but, the tube is not very secure at the bottom where it's rolled over, it unrolled when I squeezed it, dumping glue all over my hand!
What a mess 😞

I have used Gorilla glue products over the years and always found them very good. However, I purchased a super glue in a pot with a brush, used it once and put it away. The next time I went to use it I was disappointed to find that what used to be liquid had now solidified and could no longer be used. I contacted Gorilla Glue and had a very favourable response from their representative, Gemma,and she is making arrangements to send me a replacement. Thank you Gorilla 🦍

After buying my first 12g bottle of Gorilla Super Glue with Brush & Nozzle I used it once, re-sealed the top and experienced a reasonable result with a domestic repair. Next time I went to use it I could not open the bottle, however hard I tried to unscrew the mustard coloured top. I threw it away and (foolishly) bought another 12g bottle, using it once earlier this year before firmly screwing the top on again and replacing it in the same kitchen drawer. Upon going to use it for the second time today I was unable to remove the top. This time I could see the semi-transparent 'liquid' contents were as solid as a rock, apparently having 'cured' itself with the top screwed firmly on! The brush now resembles a mini 'Dolly The Sheep' in formaldehyde. This waste of my pension is of no use to man or gorilla. Thinking that the days of profiteering 'Snake Oil Salesmen' were a thing of the past, I now believe we are securely stuck with them in this instance.

This morning I wanted to contact The Gorilla Glue Company to ask why their package states, for Mounting Tape Squares: "Holds up to 7 lbs" requiring four (4) squares per pound!" yet they only include 24 squares in the package. It is most unfortunate that when I accessed their web site (I did get their splash page) and clicked on the various provided links on the splash page all I got was a message from a place named Wordfence that BLOCKED every link I clicked. I completed the Wordfence form-process YET my access to this UK's firm's website remained blocked. My conclusion, as a result of being blocked, is that Gorilla Glue Company has no interest in "this" customer. I have further decided that this may not be a company whose products we will use since they have chosen to disallow an easy way to communicate with them as a result of their using Wordfence. If I am allowed to view the pages, on their website, of interest to me, I will be more than happy to consider this a moot concern; however, until then it stands! Additionally, our circle-of-influence will be advised of the behavior of this company's exceedingly-poor customer-relations with us.

I’ve had a Gorilla (brush and nozzle) glue unused for a couple of years. Came to use it in anger, it was packaged and sealed but the glue was rock solid. There is no use by date (as with some epoxy glues). I tried Tweeting Gorilla, they put me in touch with Gorilla UK who after protestation told me to email them. No response. After a month of persistence they came back with a completely insipid reply. Basically , the glue is only good for 18 months (if unopened) from manufacture , but it does not say this anywhere on the packaging. They said because the glue was manufactured in 2018 it was past the useful life and they would not do anything. I know I've had the glue over 12 months but probably purchased in early 2020 but could have been on the suppliers shelf for ages. Had they offered me a replacement (no cost to them really) I would have written a positive review , what has upset me is they simply couldn't be bothered. I would avoid this product and company!!!

Nothing!
Emailed them about 6 times before I got any response whatsoever.
Over about 10 emails, they wanted pictures, lot numbers, description of the work, length of time clamped, etc, etc, etc.
Finally, they wanted my receipt.
As I didn't have my receipt, they stopped talking to me!

I will NEVER buy another product from this company.

Absolutely rubbish!

Their duct tape is brought to us by people who know a lot about marketing ('Gorilla, eh? It must be really strong - just look at that picture! Exactly what I need'), and not so much about duct tape.

When using such stuff, we often haven't got all of each hand free, and it really doesn't help when: (a) the tape sticks extremely well to the back of itself, taking some determination and skill to produce a strip of the required length, and (b) it tears only reluctantly, sometimes needing scissors. Both these features obstruct the user at sensitive moments. It's also staggeringly expensive in relation to much more tractable competitors.

It sticks stuff down OK, though.

This company also trade a OKeeffe's and do a range of body lotions. This is a fake guarantee, they will only provide a voucher and not pay you the cost of returning the product!

well what can I say .the best glue I have ever used. i am a gardener and I get through lots of pairs of boots .and I am fed up of buying boots .the sole keeps coming off them .lots of money .so I thought I would try gluing them I tried allsorts of glue but nothing worked. so I thought I would try gorilla glue .I remember when I bought it and paid for it .when the shopkeeper told me how much it was .I thought this stuff must be rubbish because it was so cheep .wow what a shock .it was fantastic every day my boots get wet through and very muddy .but no matter what mess they get in the glue holds fast .I cant prays it enough .what a fantastic product .the best value for money glue I have ever come across in my life .thank you gorilla you have saved me lots of money .yours greatfuly . m cannon
