I am very disappointed with my experience with Homary.
By mistake, I ordered the same artwork twice and immediately contacted customer service to arrange a return. It took almost two months to resolve the issue, which is completely unacceptable.
During this process, I had to take two days off work waiting for the collection, and on both occasions the collection service failed to arrive as scheduled. This caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss.
To make matters worse, I was not even refunded the full amount I paid for the product. I find this extremely unfair considering the inconvenience and delays caused by your company.
Another major issue is the lack of proper customer support. There is no direct customer service phone line where customers can speak to a real person, making the entire process frustrating and difficult.
Overall, this has been a very poor customer experience, and I expected much better service and professionalism from Homary.
I would appreciate a full explanation regarding the incomplete refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Absolutely worst experience so far in my life while dealing with any purchase, If there was any negative rating, we would give that to the max negative. Placed 2 orders, for delivery, Their delivery courier didn’t turn up, 2 of us kept waiting for 2 full working days at the delivery address. Delivery people kept cancelling the delivery at the end of the day saying they couldn’t locate the address. The tracking map showed they never came to the address at all and cancelled from many miles away. Contacted customer service numbers who were also useless and kept deferring and increasing more work by not helping at all. We put a deadline while on phone with them by which if the order is not delivered, we will cancel both orders. Not surprising, item was not delivered by that deadline. As stated we cancelled both orders in writing by emails to them on Friday as clearly mentioned in my phone communication with them. Guess what, the item were delivered to the office in our absence on Monday Lunch time. In the meantime we bought the furniture from another vendor on the weekend and started setting them up. Now the Homary are not collecting the delivered parcel (despite us cancelling them in writing over 48 hours ago) despite several emails and phone calls by us ever since. This is clear harassment and bullying. The office is small and we cant function. Upon repeated email and phone call requests from us, finally someone responded with a whatsapp number. The person was Saul (Customer Service Manager, Homary
WhatsApp: +1 (909)-808-9057). They didn’t bother to take responsibility of their wrong actions and dumping the order in our office despite cancelling them 2 days ago. They also said that they will do a favour to us by waiving off the collection fee and the item will be picked on Tuesday. Again one of us kept waiting for the whole day to ensure that the parcel is taken back but again no one turned up.
The experience with Homary has been absolutely horrible so far. Homary team is nonresponsive, unprofessional, unapologetic and don’t care about the time and loss of business caused by their actions (massive opportunity cost). They should get the parcel collected asap and compensate for the lost revenue and time while sorting out the mess created by their team.
Learning points- NEVER ever buy anything from Homary again, buy only if you want to be harassed, bullied and want to lose money and mental peace. We will ensure that no one in our circle and otherwise as well had to go through a similar experience. The saga hasn’t finished yet, purchase was done on 26/4/26 and the parcel is still blocking our office since 4/5/26 and making the office non-usable as of 12/5/26. We are constantly calling and emailing them but they are nonresponsive and the ordeal is still ongoing. Please do NOT do any business with HOMARY at all, They are absolutely unprofessional. We are taking serious legal opinion to make them accountable and make them compensate for the lost business and opportunity cost.

Carl was an amazing agent and I got my exchange sorted in less than 3mins.
Also happy with the customer service bot as I was able to quickly reach a human agent which is amazing. Not to many filter questions and the bot even gave me thr option to speak with a human agent. I didnt need to request! Will definitely use Homary again based on my experience

Ordered a product which never arrived. Tracking said In Transit and at customs. That went on for a month and it never left China.
Customer Services did respond and encouraged me to be patient but after a few more weeks of no change, I requested a refund which was processed quickly but still waiting for it to arrive in my account.. let's see.
Although the cancellation process appears easy enough, that isn't the point.
I wanted what I'd ordered, not a refund, however I didn't realise it was a Chinese company as it doesn't give that impression. I now doubt that the product would have looked anything like the photo and it's probably the home equivalent of Shein and Temu which are just tat.
