I ordered a Futon Sofa Bed with USB in Off-White in November 2025. Upon delivery in April 2026, the first box revealed an item with large visible stains and clear marks of prior use - not a new product.
I immediately raised the issue with Customer Care by email with photographic and video evidence, and submitted a formal refund application via Homary's portal. That was 1 week ago. Since then, I have received nothing but two generic holding emails stating they are "communicating with their product department."
I have sent a formal Final Notice referencing the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and set deadlines that have been ignored. I am now escalating to my payment provider and Citizens Advice.
The product quality issue is serious. The after-sales handling has been worse. I would not recommend purchasing from Homary if you expect any meaningful recourse when things go wrong.
* Update - matter resolved. After a lengthy and at times frustrating process spanning several weeks, Homary did ultimately agree to a 90% partial refund, which has now been received. The resolution required considerable persistence on my part, including multiple formal escalations. The product delivered was not in new condition as expected, and the after-sales process involved numerous delays and obstacles. That said, Homary did eventually honour a fair settlement. I have updated this review to reflect that the matter was resolved, while maintaining an honest account of the experience for other buyers.

I purchased a bedside table. I needed a very narrow one and this was the only product I could find that worked. I hadn’t appreciated it shipped from China and it took 3 months and there was no communication during the long transit. So this company is not for those who need something quickly. The product is as described and I’m happy with it. The main issue I had was the quality of the instructions. I have done my share of putting together flatpack furniture. This was a particularly challenging job as the instructions were not detailed enough. I ended up redoing quite a few steps, or having to work it out myself. Not for the beginner or someone who wants a straightforward DIY job.

Absolutely disgusting service please stay away from this company!
i ordered a TV cabinet in early February they gave a delivery time off early may , then changed it to the end off June considering this was a £400 item
Be warned they dont have alot off items in stock,so apparently wait for the factory to manufacture the item then even worse send it by sea if your lucky you get the item months later
thats very poor service, then the customer service was even more disgusting talking to abot to be kept asking for my order number which I provided countless times
I am now left without my item after months and months off waiting
Honestly your better off ordering from elsewhere
