Horrendous experience. When you buy, goods get shipped from UK, when returning, it goes to Netherlands. UPS destroyed my attached invoice and took me ages to resolve to undo the hold on the shipment.... See more

Useless headphones - don’t buy. Second pair I’ve brought now, in both occasions the sound quality has diminished very quickly, ear buds regularly stop working. I won’t be buying from them again.

Horrible incompetent company Jbl

Horrible incompetent company. I bought thinking items were from uk but they are from Europe. No problem in that but when as issue arises like the faulty earbuds it’s impossible to get a refund. They say they will get back to you but don’t. I have spent weeks emailing and calling and it’s all garbage replies. I think I will get bored and bugger of. No that’s not happening. I bought the reflex pro buds and they were dead day after. Jbl is no help. They take days replying and that normally a standard reply.

I do not recommend this company.

DON'T BUY - ENDURANCE PEAK EARPHONES

DON'T BUY. These are remarkably awful: poor sound quality; uncomfortable to wear; charging flaw with earpiece alignment in case; substandard build quality.

On the recommendation of the Daily Telegraph, I bought a pair of Endurance Peak earphones in January 2021. Within a few weeks, a major fault developed in that sound stopped coming out of one channel and the earphones would not hold a charge, thereby rendering them useless. After a protracted exchange of emails with JBL UK customer support, they sent me a replacement pair of Endurance Peak II earphones. Guess what ? Within a few weeks they developed a major fault in that the sound stopped coming out of one channel. To remedy this, I 'reset' the earphones but could not pair them again via Bluetooth to my Android phone since I was asked for a PIN and none of the usual PIN numbers (i.e. 000, 1234, 1111) worked. Customer Support offered some unhelpful suggestions to fix this problem, but were unable to supply me with the correct PIN. Both pairs of earphones initially paired successfully without a PIN.

The result is I am left with two pairs of earphones that I am unable to use because of the flaws and which are therefore unfit for purpose. I have given up trying to get any redress from Customer Support. I shall never buy a JBL product again !

Simply appalling company:

Simply appalling company:
1. the products are really shoddy. Especially their headphones
2. You cannot even ask them a technical question unless you give them order and serial number.
3. Best option do not buy them. Second best option, send them back.

Dongle for Quantum 600 and 800 are NOT the same

JBL and Harman sell the Dongle for Quantum 600/800 as one and the same thing! But they are cleary loaded with different firmware. First off i have a Quantum 800 gaming headset and Windows detects it as so when using bluetooth and usb. I ordered a Quantum 600/800 Dongle and i recieved one with the model number "QUANTUM600TM". Clearly they are loaded with different firmware. When i plug in the dongle it says Quantum 600 and after installing the Quantum Engine it comes up with Quantum***, So i pair the dongle to my Q800 and the software detects my headset as a Q600!. The lighting on the headset doesnt work as intended and the mic settings are incorrect. I am also missing other Quantum 800 features like 24bit hi-res. It works as a Q600 with the equilizer and other settings. Easy fix would be for JBL and Harman to sell separately but until then im stuck with the software thinking i have a Quantum 600. If you have a Quantum 600 you might receive a 800 loaded firmware dongle and actually gain features!?. As for me utterly disappointed! Update 01/07/2021: Sometimes BSODs With Harman Audio error code and still JBL and Harman are selling Quantum 600/800 dongle as one and the same

UK subdomain but NOT A UK company

UK subdomain but NOT A UK company. Orders are shipped from the continental stores and following brexit massively delayed. Ordered Jan 6th and a month later still waiting! I know it's not their fault customs are delaying orders, but they years to prepare for this, and the fact they haven't set a warehouse up in the uk is pretty slack! What did they expect? It was widely known that brexit was likely to cause disruption to the supply chain, and yet they made no provision for it. What's even more galling is the fact I placed the order, paid for shipping then went to B&M and found the same headphones, same price and could have had them then!

Simply put, I trust the brand not the company. I will continue to use their products but will now buy from a third party supplier as the jbl distribution is on no way par with the quality of products!

Really shocking service

Really shocking service. Bought a speaker on back-order due in stock on 13/01/21. On that date I received a full refund so I assumed it had been cancelled. Looked on the website and it was now available...so re-ordered. Never received a confirmation email but the money was debited. Emailed the following day to cancel as I did not trust them and had found the speaker cheaper elsewhere and purchased it. Was told it was too late and both orders were on the way, could take up to 3 weeks due to Covid restrictions but could return them, however I could be out of pocket for two months. And today they re-debited the money for the first speaker. Get a grip JBL. Your automated system does not work and misleads customers.

Bad Support.. I don't get what I paid for...

Bad Support... they don't solve my problem. Case # 04770876

So, I bought this product end of november, and till now, I dont have what I paid for... DPD should delivery it... but, this never happened... now, DPD says that they just share information with JBL... and JBL says that I have to wait for DPD... and I'm in this infinity circle now....

I'm the only one with a problem and they don't seen to be worried enough....

I sent a lot of emails to JBL, at the beginning they looks like that they will solve this, after one week, I receive one email saying that they agree, that DPD probably lost my package and they will send me a new one... but after 2, 3 days, they told me that I have to wait to finish the investigation... and till now, nothing happens.

I chose to buy direct from JBL to be a trustful site, but... I'm so disappointed....
