I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Khaadi London Westfield Stratford. While I’ve always appreciated the brand’s clothing, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff was not only rude but also completely unwilling to help. It felt like any questions or requests I had were an inconvenience to them. There's a basic expectation of courtesy and assistance in any retail environment, especially from a well-known brand like Khaadi, but unfortunately, that was missing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on training their staff to treat customers with more respect.

Product are very contemporary & styles with good quality fabric. However, customer services are absolutely horrendous!!! Staff are very rude & not willing to help customers at all . Most of the time this trial room is closed. Shop floor are very messy!!! So sad 😭

I purchased a perfume from your store that fades in less than an hour. When I raised the issue, I was told I should’ve checked it in-store—does that mean I’m expected to stay there for 6 hours to test it? I don't know about other products, but this experience has been disappointing. Your customer service online is also unhelpful when trying to communicate genuine concerns. I hope you take this seriously and improve the way you handle such cases

Worst customer service!!! Sent me a faulty damaged dupatta with a massive tear. They refused to accept responsibility because I passed the 14 day time frame even though I told them I got it for someone during Ramadan to give as an Eid gift!!! I ordered from factory outlet khadi , which is fake site from Facebook and I didn't know about it .They delivered me the local unbranded cheap dresses while I ordered stitched and unstitched dresses..so I complaint on the number and on Gmail , no one reply me . Then I go to their outlet , they said me this is not their website and nor items . When I show them the website on facebook , which is same to official website . He replied me this is fake so how can I difference in original and fake website of khaadi , that is totally same . So be aware guys about this scam . The worst customer service for online returns I have ever experienced.
I have been trying to log into the returns portal for 5 days and have had no luck after contacting customer service via chat, email and Instagram I still have not had a returns label sent to me.
I have over £100 worth of stock to return and Im going to run out of time. I think they do this on purpose so that they don't have to refund you the money!!

The Westfield khaadi team are untrained, rude and aggressive when I tried returning an outfit that had missing sleeves , the mixed race young girl who is tall with her slicked back is absolutely rude. She has no manners and her colleagues the women are rude and aggressive. I escalated my concerns to the head office with photos who are based abroad they are useless and dumb and agreed with the staff. Never would I shop at the Westfield branch again. The experience was horrible they were acting like this and being rude to me in front of my daughter who is only 4 years old. Nasty people

My experience with this store was very appalling the girl at the counter short hair she has no experience of customer service and does not know how to deal with customers? I think she is under experienced and was taking too long to deal with customer issues. The Manager was not helpful at all. There was an indian guy who was in the shop while I was at the till to be served the girl was taking too long and making customers wait. I had to check size and price again and she decided to serve customer while I told her to wait so I can check the price again on the item.
The Indian guy who was at the customer counter with his wife became very extremely aggressive and had abusive behaviour towards me because he did not want to wait and I asked his wife that I was being served and you jumped in without me knowing. Very disgusting behaviour this indian guy don't know how to respect women in public. If you receive this kind of behaviour please report to the Westfield Stratford Mall customer service department.
I realised there is only one lady at the till and she is always taking too long and the Asian customers are becoming very aggressive to wait in the queues for too long.
Overall I would not recommend to shop here as there customer service is very bad. Also the Refund policies are not good you have 2 weeks to return item and sale items 1 week only exchange policy. There priority is not to refund customers money back and prefer to do exchange in return.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Khaadi
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with the brand Khaadi, and I feel compelled to share it. Initially, they sent me the incorrect item which additionally had visible marks caused by glue used to stick something to the suit. This was unacceptable right out of the box.
When I reached out to their customer service, not only did they fail to exchange the damaged item with the correct one, but they also refused to issue a refund! Despite making multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they outright refused to acknowledge their responsibility, leaving me stuck with a defective, incorrect item that they did not return or offer a refund.
It is completely their fault, yet they have made no effort to correct it. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is inexcusable.
I have already contacted consumer protection authorities and reported their wrongdoing. I will never shop with Khaadi again and will advise others to avoid them as well. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal where I am at a loss through no fault of my own.
Do better, Khaadi.
