I ordered a baby bag and when it arrived it didnt match the photos online. I contacted them and they claimed their returns system was unable to generate returns labels so to wait. 2 months later im still waiting and they are now not responding to my emails or messages!! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

I have been a loyal customer with this shops for years . Unfortunately i got very disappointed and will never buy anything from them again. I had my last order which exceeded by 2 days the return date and they wouldn’t accept it at any price back !

No item ever recieved. Had the cheek to say I had returned it. Brilliant.

Total scam company paid over £100 for chloe boots what I received was some cheap boots with a Chloe logo obvious fakes when asked to return for a refund just got no reply

The parcel did not arrive and was sent back to the facility. After waiting almost 2 months and sending 2 emails I still have not received my refund.

I was shocked after seeing so many negative reviews but my parcel arrived in 2days and i loved the items. I cant comment on the returns process but overall happy with my purchase.

The items I ordered were counterfeit. They were supposed to be Hugo Boss. Trying to return. They promise you a returns label within 48hrs. I’m still waiting a week later and have sent 3 more emails. Awful company, please don’t order

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I ordered a hoodie for a 2 year old and they sent me a hoodie for a 6 month old. There's no way of returning it, the phone number doesn't seem to work and there's no response from customer service after filling in multiple forms over the space of 10 days. I will now be contacting me credit card provider to try and get money back.

Its a scam!!! Dont order from them!!!

This company has not delivered my goods. They gave a DHL tracking number that they don’t even have on record. I have waited 16 days for a delivery that is not going to come. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND TAKE ADVISE FROM THE REDT IF THESE REVIEWS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

SCAM SCAM!!!! Company needs shutting down there have a few websites no one order from here!!!!! orders never show up and no refund gets issued!!

Utterly disappointed with there behaviour. More than 4 weeks now since I placed my order.
Everytime the same person calls and tells me some issue with the order etc and it has been dispatched.
Not refunding my money. Still haven’t received my order. Plz

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order 6 weeks ago which didn’t arrive. Contacted many times for my refund to be told the exact same thing each time, that it hasn’t been processed on their end yet but it will be done today. I then receive the same email that it will be in my bank within 5 days, this has been ongoing for 4 weeks since I started the refund process. Always seems to be the same person that takes the calls and sends the emails as well. Only place orders with this company if you want to be ripped off!

Placed an order the order was never received struggled to get refund seems to be only one person works in this company sent emails to get no response spoke to a person who said get would sort and didn’t I had to keep calling this was well below the experience would expect to receive from a company selling higher end clothing.

I have ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. I have never received the shoes and didn’t receive my money back either. No response for my massages either. Robbing company. Avoid!!!

Same story as everyone else .
Took money and not recieved nothing .
Something needs to be done about this company just blatantly robbing people.
Paypal you should be refusing to let people use this company through yourself for payments .
I am about to be taking this a lot further if don't recieve my refund this week.

Terrible Experience – Still No Order After 10 Days

Where is my order? It’s been over 10 days, and I’ve been charged for something I never received. I’m going on holiday and needed the item, but no one has contacted me with any update.

I’ve had to chase for answers and still heard nothing. The lack of communication is shocking.

I will definitely never order from this website again and will leave this review to warn others about how bad the customer service is.

Approx. 24hrs of posting this review I received a call from France which I never nearly answered. It was the company who rang to get the order number, to tell me when the order was being dispatched (that day) and delivered - which happened within within a couple more days. No issues with the items received.

Initial Review:
This company IS a JOKE!

Placed an order on 18/07, had no contact since. Website states order is ‘in progress’.

Sent them an email asking what’s happening with my order and NO REPLY.

ALSO rang them a few times on their contact number on the website. EVERY TIME the call connects, you get an IVR message stating ‘hold the line for a few minutes, we will take your call shortly’ BUT NO ONE EVER DOES - THEN YOU GET CUT OFF!

Just dont order , dont bother , its not worth it! I dont even know where to start , ordered a pair of tracksuit at 21 may , recieved the 1 and only email since then about the order saying that is going to be delivered in 3-5 days and thats it , company ghosted me so hard , i had to contact them several times /days and finslly someone answered , ofc the atitude was as low as their services she just told me that she diesnt know much about the order and that shows them DHL has returned the items to them (like its my problem) with no reason , i told them this kinda ruined the 1st june present for my girl as this was the reason i ordered it , zero symphaty , none! Told them i dont want refund , i want to re-place the order so we can still have it ad my girl wanted it so bad , they said we will email you when we find out , again ghosted , called them again after 3 weeks of zero communication , again nobody knows anything and that i will recieve a refund within 2-3 days , ok , cool , its been a week and still there is zero communication, no refund nothing , its like talking to walls....just dont bother with this company , if this is their eay of keeping the business GOOD LUCK fellas.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s birthday and it never arrived. Didn’t seem as though there was any attempt to deliver it. Luckily I received a speedy refund from PayPal. Avoid this company.
