We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience.

We want to assure you that all of our properties are 100% authentic! As you can see from every listing on our Airbnb profile, we take our own photos and personally set up the properties, most of them are furnished by us. Our team is very proud of our service and the high-quality homes we manage around Manchester.

While we always try our absolute best to accommodate every guest, very occasionally, sudden emergencies or unexpected home repairs mean we have to cancel a booking. It is our duty to ensure all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay, and we would never cancel a reservation unless it was absolutely necessary for the safety or upkeep of the property.

We hope we might have the opportunity to host you in the future.

Beautiful and clean 3 room house (2x…

Beautiful and clean 3 room house (2x double 1x single bed) with 1x upstairs shower and toilet and 1x downstairs shower and toilet, beautiful size kitchen with every mod con needed..
House was always warm when we arrive back and parking was no problem at all..
Communication from the host was excellent, any queries were answered immediately and always with a smile..
Would stay here again no doubt.
Really enjoyed our stay
