Works as advertised. Wife loves the ease of use.

I placed an order on 12 March and have still not received the order. The website says delivery takes 6-10 days. I have no communication from the company despite having emailed them.

Burned out when turned on for first time after 3 seconds. Asked to return and for refund. Had to chase a response and they just delayed and delayed. After persistently emailing them they gave me an address to return to. Returned item at my cost but their policies say you can get full refund if you request to return within 30 days and if item is faulty they also cover return costs. Not of this is honoured. Due to them delaying my request to return they are refusing full refund or to cover return costs as out of timescale. Yet to receive any refund at all.

I tried the Magicstyler for the first time today. It is exactly as advertised. It made beautiful, long-lasting curls in my hair.

Satisfaction of product - 8/10. For the price, it's great. Unless I'm not using it correctly, I cannot find a "cool" spot to lock in curl. I've used my daughter's Dyson and I can't tell any difference. Hoping it stands up to time. Love the colors to pick from.

Great product for a reasonable price. Not as expensive as other stylers and makes my hair look amazing and voluminous.

I noticed my hair feels less damaged when using this styler. The first one I got stopped working after a while, thankfully customer service was kind and helpful to get it fixed. Definitely recommend buying :)

It arrived two days ahead of arrival date and was securely packaged.

The product broke almost straight away! The plastic is very flimsy! The brush never revolved as shown in the advert!.
Worked well on my hair without the rotation until the plastic broke( which holds the brush onto the wand also the little white switch just fell off! Only used it three times! Very disappointed!!! Sent photo but not heard anything back!

Disappointed Customer, I order items on the 15th December, paid priority delivery. I continue to check the tracking number and all it's says is your order was processed on the 16th, since then there's been no updates or communications. Today 24th I recieved an email stating there was a delivery update, visited the tracking and there is no update surprisingly. Starting to believe this website is a scam, hopefully not and my items will arrive in 2025. Merry Christmas

The magicstyler is brilliant, has sped up my hair drying and styling looks like ive been to the hairdressers, had lots of comments on how nice my hair looks. Very easy to use too.

This hair styler is the best thing i ever bought for my hair my hair never looked better.

Pleasantly surprised at how great this styling tool is. I was skeptical, but this blow dryer and styling tool surpassed my expectations. It arrived just as described. The shipping took a bit, but to be expected when ordering from outside of the US. I have long hair with extensions and it dries my hair quickly and the curl wand was easy to use. I would definitely recommend.
