Awful!!! Never shop online with Monsoon!!!
I have been buying Monsoon clothes for over 20 years and for the first time I ordered 2 items online as gifts.
One didn’t fit - I can’t take it to a shop and have to use the online return portal.
The portal didn’t recognise my order number multiple times.
I email customer services twice within the returns timescale, nothing…
My third email is after the timescale, obviously they will not accept my return and couldn't be less helpful or evasive.
Not sure what has happened but online customer service is immature, evasive and wrongly accusatory, having received email correspondence from supposed head of customer services I can see exactly why.
For the sake of wrongly keeping my last payment I will ensure never to waste another penny with Monsoon, Accesorize or East going forward.

I bought a bag while passing through,
At Copenhagen Airport—nice, I thought, and new.
But back in London, what did I see?
The same bag selling for £32—not £46.32 like me.

I know airports charge a little more,
But fourteen pounds extra? That’s hard to ignore.
If prices vary, that may be fair,
But such a difference gave quite a scare.

Accessorize, we shop with you often in town,
So finding this left us feeling a bit let down.
Still hope the brand we like so well,
Will keep prices fair—and stories like this hard to tell.

Over 3 month now my money still not refunded, very frustrating contacted several times, wondering why it is so slowly like they building the world biggest house

My daughter had her ears pierced for £50. At the time of piercing I asked the manager if they were placed correctly as one side looked particularly low for a second piercing and too close to the edge of the ear. She advised me that I was mistaken and this was in fact the correct placement. A year on and I took her to have her 3rds done by someone else and was advised they couldn't do it as her 2nds were done wrong and if they did the 3rds in line with this there would be nowhere to pierce. Contacted the store and customer service and neither accepted any responsibility. Down £50 and daughter has to now allow her 2nds to close over before having them done again and only after that will she be able to have her 3rds done. They also refused to provid me with their insurers details to make a claim for costs at the very least. Feel my daughter should be compensated for the hassle etc but I would have settled with a refund but now no apology, nothing. Manager actually tried to place blame on me saying we always ask if you are happy before we pierce to which I reminded her that I had raised this concern at the time and was made to feel silly so I just trusted them ad the apparent "professionals"

Ordered two kaftans during lock down. It was delivered quickly and the dresses are true to size, look as described and good quality.
