Oh wow what a terrible website..
Response time seems to fluctuate between 1-2 days to 1 week, the latter is with 3 emails sent from our side before we got a half-hearted answer back after a week..
Can’t contact them over the phone as, cleverly, they don’t provide customers with one..
FB contact seems just as good as the online contact ‘ticketing system’ seemed to be, although that option seems to have disappeared since I last used it 2 weeks ago..?!?!
Mountainbuggy has such a good reputation but I’m seriously wondering how as all I’ve experienced, in terms of communication from them, so far is pretty poor..
