Purchased a Faulty 27" Monitor From MSI
Purchased a 27" Monitor.. unfortunate have 3 dead cells and 5 Green cells. Not a fast turn around policy either so I will be going with out for a few days..

Children's toys are built sturdier than this MSI garbage.

Amazing support
I had an issue with a graphics card…
I had an issue with a graphics card (one of the three fans was on it's last leg) and they send me a new fan to replace the dying one. I didn't want to utilize the warranty because i just can't be without a graphics card for a month or however it would take. I had to pay customs because i live in Germany but i got a steam voucher code to cover the expenses. Awesome support. Thank you very much. :)
MSI after care and customer service
I found MSI very easy and reliable to interact with.
The enquires I had were with regards to an upgrade to a pre built system….the parts were very specialist, so I ended up having to email the MSI support team about 3-4 times over 2-3 weeks. My questions were always fully met and dealt with by an advisor called Tukasz. I was impressed, as the questions/enquires were often dealt with within 2-3 hours most of the time.

Very polite, helpful and quick responses. I was having a issue with one of the fans on my RTX Suprim 3080, after emailing a solution was offered for my issue almost instantly within only a few emails! I was offered the choice of replacing the fans by myself to avoid long RMA times which was great. No complaints here :)

I was experiencing problems with a particular Display card not being detected (not just by MSI boards).
Ender was able to sort out a custom BIOS that allowed the card to be seen.
Would definitely recommend MSI motherboards and with beyond excellent after sales support.

EDIT: the person that helped me out is called Ender. They really were the star of the show and I can't thank them enough.
So, a few weeks ago I was cleaning my pc, bits and pieces everywhere in various states of repair and cleanliness. to my disappointment one of those pieces was the I/O shield for my mobo. The I/O shield fell on the floor and i never noticed and rolled over it with my desk chair, completely destroying it.
I had a look on ebay alibaba ect to see if I could get a new one and was left disappointed so I sent MSI an E-mail to see if they could help me out.
I explained the above story and the person I spoke to gave me an E-mail address to message and informed me that the I/O shield would cost the £ equivalent of 30/40Euro plus P+P. I was totally fine with this, so I gave the E-mail address A wee message once again explaining my predicament.
The person I spoke to through E-mail is amazing, they went through the details getting the serial number for my mobo and such. they explained that they had the I/O shield, but it was in Poland and would take 8 days for postage. I was like "cool how do I pay" and to my surprise the person said that it would be free of charge, not just the I/O shield but postage and packaging too, AND A GIFT!!!
I was gobsmacked to say the least, wasn't expecting anything like it.
So, I eagerly awaited my parcel coming from MSI. About a week later the parcel arrived and I tore into it like a kid at Christmas lol and to my disappointment the I/O shield inside was the wrong type, the hole pattern was correct, but the I/O shield attached to the mobo instead of being the push fit case type shield I need. The gifts were also included, I never knew what to expect so I was nicely surprised by seeing a 120mm RGB case fan an RGB light strip plus an MSI key Chain.
I instantly got back on to the agent I spoke with and explained the situation. I was told that they were personally going down to the warehouse to have a look and they would get back to me as soon as possible. A few hours passed and I received an E-mail with 2 pictures one was a shipping label to me and the other was the I/O shield I needed.
I was asked to send back the other I/O shield which was obviously no issue and MSI provided a return label and arranged for Royal Mail to pick the package up at my home. 2 days later (today) the I/O shield has arrived, and all is so very good.
This is my first experience with MSI customer support, and I can't praise them enough. I have used MSI products for years. The first PC I built had an X470 MSI mobo and an MSI GTX 1060 6gb. My current PC has an MSI X570 mobo. I have never had an issue with their products in the past and the one occasion where I did have a problem it was caused by myself.
Thank you MSI for an awesome experience and for taking actual care for your customer.
Unparalleled Customer Care
MSI customer support were absolutely brilliant. I was in a pickle since my BIOS needed updating but I didn't have a CPU that would work. They shipped me a CPU, free of charge, and even threw in a case fan for free! Best customer support I've ever received :)
MSI Laptops - great product with great customer service
Bought my MSI gaming laptop in 2014. It was a beast of a machine at the time, and still very powerful for my needs. Recently had an issue with its WiFi, apparently the WiFi adaptor has passed away after years and years of great service. Contacted the customer service via email, and the response was super prompt! Not only I got help, but was offered a replacement WiFi adaptor sent to me. This is after 8 years of purchase! Definitely will not hesitate to recommend MSI Laptops - great product with great customer service!
Great service replacing my AIO cooler
I bought my MSI MAG CORELIQUID 360R AIO cooler in November last year and in the last month it's struggled to keep my demanding processor in check, giving me insane temperatures at basic tasks. I contacted MSI and they were extremely helpful, offering to replace the unit for me and giving me a way to send the old one back. They even let me keep the old fans so I now have spare! I had the whole issue resolved within a working day and am now waiting on delivery. Really helpful service, so if you have an issue under warranty, absolutely recommend contacting them - great stuff. Thank you very much.

I intially contacted to ask for vesa standoffs (screw extensions) specifications as I had lost mine and wanted to buy a replacement.
Instead I got super quick customer service and a free set of replacements plus a free key ring!
Faulty Cooler
I had a cooler that had some issues, they sorted it very swiftly with great customer service and all in amazing time!
UK Tech Support team are excellent
Had an issue where a BIOS update failed, my motherboard would not boot. After emailing their UK Tech Support, I quickly got a reply from Ender from the Ealing London office. He was very polite and helpful over email, offering to fix my board himself at their office, either by free postage or dropping it off. I did not have to wait for this repair as he offered the very next working day.
I went in person, where he fixed my board in under 15 minutes, even offering me a cold drink when I had to wait outside in the heat due to covid restrictions, and even repaired another problem with my RAM that I was unaware of! Overall I am very impressed, I would now recommend MSI for computer components. Big praise to Ender.
Powerful but not durable laptop
I bough a pretty pricey gaming laptop from MSI. Performance has been great. I use it for gaming, editing and graphics work.
I did however expect it to last longer than it has. It is now so hot to the touch that I am concerned about burning myself on it and a lot of the keys have stopped working on the keyboard (I constantly have character map open to paste letters in!).
Disappointing, as based purely on perfofrmance, I would buy another MSI, but the issues I am facing are putting me off.
Awful MSI
Awful, awful laptop, i ahve owned many and MSI modern IS THE WORST. Firstly the function keys are purposely in wrong place unless you buy ultimate top of range model which will cost you an arm and a leg, next would be that i purchased x2 and within a month both of them no longer had working speakers. absolutely pathetic performace that glitches all the time when doing any simple task.
