Full marks to this company, I have used them before that’s why I’ve used them again. They are quick, considering they are not in the UK. The service is great. All I can do is praise them. The photo quality is really lovely, I would most definitely recommend them and will use them again and again!

Took over 2 weeks to get 2 small photobooks. Bought on groupon. Not sure I'd use again. Considering postage pricing I would expect a quick delivery.

Great product looked as expected when uploaded prints, used a Groupon so really good value. Quick production and delivery. Purchased 6 tiles - thanks 😊

Lovely well made

I nearly gave up I re-did it
and spent many hours, following phone calls and emails I was panicked. There needs to be more instructions on how to access and save the photobook on Groupon deals and how to retrieve it. I had quite a lot of bother, but in the end a kindly man found it saved and I managed to retrieve it and ordered I it on the last day of expiry. I was pleased with it when it arrived.

it was hard to use this app at first and I didn't save at first, lost everything! I spoke to their customer services team and she was very helpful. By the 3rd time I became an expert!! Each company is different, I found it couldn't crop easily but that may be me, although my son also tried, the eventual finished book was lovely except for a spelling mistake by me. The whole process took me 2 days mind, eventually did a few pics then added more and cropped before adding to app. I also had problems with my address as i dont have a house number but eventual worked out if i put 0 and some of my address as a company name i overcame but they need to look at their address fields.Took about 2 weeks to print which wasn't too bad but maybe over Xmas would be longer. Was a groupon deal so price was brilliant. Would use again if price was right.

Rubbish company to work with. I spent over a month designing a 100 page photo book. But when I go to place the order, they charge you more than the stipulated price. I emailed them..they said they are looking into it. Never hear back from them. I just keep chasing. Stay away. I would go to an alternative company..but ive literally spent a month solid designing the photo book. Never use these cowboys. They just want your money.

The product itself has turned out great and we are thrilled with it, i couldn't figure out how to add multiple pictures on the ordering process which meant I had to try uploading a collage which made the ordering process very difficult
