Really simple process to get the cover I wanted. Start to finish less than 10 mins. I can see why the ratings for this company are high. Hopefully I won't need to find out but let's hope the claim process is just as efficient.

Customer Loyalty Means Little
After nearly a decade of good service and just one claim, I've decided to discontinue my relationship with PYB. For a tech junkie like me, updating the policy to protect my kit wasn't totally unusual. The team would delete the old and add the new. Sometimes a better level of cover was called for. But with cover now nudging past £30 a month for some while, it was time to put things into perspective. It turned out I had items on cover that had since been decommissioned. The agent couldn't have been less interested in dealing with the enquiry. It was possibly more of an inconvenience than a reinvestment in customer retention.

Were brilliant when I thought my sons phone was lost /stolen -Agreed to replace the phone without out too much hassle -As it happens we returned the replacement phone as my sons phone turned up -Big shout out to Marisa who made a stressful event more tolerable and was so calm and empathetic.Feel confident this company will have my back if I needed them in the future .

I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience trying to use this insurance website, I bought Amazon product with this insurance in place. It simply does not allow you to create an account to even begin the claim process. On my first attempt to register, I immediately received an error. I waited a couple of days and tried again, leaving nearly 24 hours between attempts, but encountered the exact same issue.
To rule out input mistakes, I even tried entering incorrect details like a wrong date of birth and email address, yet the system still returned the same generic error. This suggests the problem is not user-related but likely an issue with the website itself.
Overall, the experience feels unreliable and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service. It’s disappointing that a platform associated with Amazon would host or promote something that appears so dysfunctional. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
