This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a product and also with the registration process. I regret buying anything from you already. I used the trimmer just once and there were bits of the blue cord coming off, the cord kept disappearing inside the reel and the auto feed did not work. I also bought the pole hedge trimmer, which I have not tried yet and additional batteries.
