The jury's out....

The jury's out....
Last delivery was messed up by UPS and after they sent advice of delivery, they failed to turn up.
When I phoned to complain that I had organised my day and took time off work especially so that someone would be in, I've never been treated as off-hand with total lack of customer care and not taking any responsibility for the problem.

Great service and prompt delivery

Great service and prompt delivery. This is not the first tool I've bought from Ryobi and I've not been disappointed. I like the fact that you can interchange all the tools with the same battery. My advise to people who are considering buying a Ryobitool is to buy spare batteries, so you can keep your tools going for the length of job you are tackling.
