Instructed credit card people to proceed with reclaiming my money, suggest you all do this, I supplied pictures from their advert and pictures of me wearing the mask.

They state has nose bridge. No, it doesn't.
They state adjustable ear loops. If bog standard stretchy elastic counts as adjustable, maybe. No adjustable toggle on mine.
They state breathable. Are you kidding? It's so thick you need an oxygen tank.
