Efficiently despatched new heads order. Toothbrush design has some misgivings: no warning on battery run out. Hand grip poor when wet with spittle .

Excellent whitening strips - stick to teeth well
Easy to order on the website, I got two lots of whitening strips with whitening toothpaste included, good value. Excellent product, strips stick to teeth well even for the full hour. I find it difficult to open the toothpaste by flipping the top up, so simply unscrew the cap. Noticeable increase in whiteness of teeth again after a few days and no sensitivity. Prompt delivery and well packaged. Box the strips come in is bigger than needed.

I wouldnt use anything else but…
I wouldnt use anything else but Spotlight products and over the years I have used many different brands of toothpaste, brushes, mouthwash, flossers etc not one have come up to Spotlight standards. I was so glad I found them when I was looking to buy a new electric toothbrush a few years ago,and since then I’ve used no other brands, nothing comes close in my honest opinion. I ordered the toothpaste ,mouthwash, floss,PAP,brush heads etc on the strength of how well my new toothbrush performed. My dentist agrees with me too as for the last 2 years I have not needed any treatment whatsoever, including scale and polish, these were not needed as the products do their job properly! The products do the work for me. I swear by Spotlight for mine and my families dental health. We all have the products and use them everyday. Spotlight might not be the cheapest out there but they are DEFINITELY the best! Thank you for looking after my oral health Spotlight♥️

Excellent customer service who actually read your emails.
So this isn't so much a review of their product but of their customer service which I am judging from this single experience.
It couldn't have gone any better. I emailed the customer service desk on a Sunday afternoon about a problem with my toothbrush. I'd had it for was 16 months. I wasn't expecting a reply until Monday but they got straight back to me and over a few emails they arranged a replacement and a return so they could see just what had gone wrong.
All the while I was dealing with humans who actually read my emails. A refreshingly human company.
