Terrible, I have been using Tempur pillows for 15 years, at first excited, then I slept. First the smell, even though aired outside, it was not supportive, ended going back to previous Tempur pillow. Husband got rid of it within the first hour!

Amazing pillow
No ordinary pillow. Ultimate comfort for me as a side sleeper. Can’t imagine wanting any other pillow again!
Still trying to get used to this pillow My neck back of my head and shoulders still hurt
I wasn't sure if should have bought the soft one at first but this pillow has bedded in perfectly. It is alot of money to spend on a pillow but for me it has been worth it. After spending many years in the gym I have alot of injuries and with this and the mattress I purchased a few years ago I don't wake up like an 80 year old man so often.

The pillow is nice , comfortable and supportive. Takes a few nights to get used to. Good quality but not sure if it justifies the price, hope it lasts me forever for that price! Also took 8 days to be delivered which was a little bit long.
After trying many other brands of pillows with little luck I finally went all out on the most expensive pillow I think there is, certain that this would be the one. Unfortunately it was the worst. Doesn't stay cool, has very little support and a zip running along one it the seams means you can only sleep on one side. This is a £40 pillow with £100 seemingly going on the Tempur name. Very disappointed. Sent back for a refund.
The pillow was tried whilst buying a new bed, my husband who has neck problems had instant relief when he used it, so we thought let's buy one, has helped with my husbands neck problems

The pillow for me was slightly to hard But the 30 day trial is a fantastic idea I returned my pillow for a full refund. Full refund received I have now ordered a cloud pillow.
Initial thoughts were "this seems rather heavy compared to a conventional pillow", however after a little getting used to its brilliant...very supportive.

Very heavy. Edges seem to go flat quickly so needs adjusting position.. not easy during the night as so heavy!
