Customer service were very helpful when I contacted them re delivery of my hat. Hat arrived in time for my holiday and was perfect for Oman.

Hat as described

I’ve found Tilley a great Company to deal with, clear information about the products and good communication throughout purchasing an item. I’m very pleased with the hat I’ve bought, it’s a good fit and does just what I want it to do: stays on my head in windy conditions and keeps the sun & UV off my face and neck. I can rest assured it meets SPF 50 which is what I need.

My Tilley T5 hat is perfect for my fishing and walking adventures, I wish I had purchased one a long time ago !

Whole family love Tilley (Ages 17 -63). Website is attractive and easy to navigate. Amazing deals in sale. Excellently made clothes, great quality and that bit different. Order arrived quickly and items true to size. Efficient returns service.

The Fair Isle Beanie is smart and very warm, with its fleecy lining it's very snug and great for frosty walks.

Signed up to their marketing. They dangled a discount code.
Tried to use it on a hat. Apparently the hat I picked is one of the mysterious items that the code doesn’t work on. It was not even discounted.

Fine. I ordered it anyway.

A few days later I get an email saying the order is cancelled because they have no stock.
Interesting, given they run on Shopify, which normally keeps track of things like… stock.

Money still hasn’t landed back on my card.

To smooth things over they kindly sent a 15% “sorry” code.
Naturally that code also doesn’t work on the hat I want.

Imordered a hat that went out of stock after I ordered it and Tilley still honoured it at a discount price and sent it to the UK from Canada. Unbelievable service. Ill be ordering another hat for sure.

Great stylish hat (TM6) nice wide brim helps any rain keep of your face and head.
Good service from a company with a good pedigree. A little more expensive than others but you get good quality. Plus a lifetime manufacturer guarantee on material and workmanship.

Hat was as described. Sizing was good. It arrived when promised. Good to wear.
