As a Specialist Sub-Contractor our Cash Flow is uneven and dependent on others higher up the Construction 'pyramid'. What we were looking for was some extra liquidity to ease the repetitive month end cash flow 'choke point'. We had dealt successfully with UK Asset Finance once before so a Teams with Joe Watson was the obvious step. Joe immediately understood what we were looking for and importantly, what we were not interested in.
