I cannot recommend Helmee highly enough.
They helped me secure funding for a particularly complex deal that many brokers would have struggled with, but Helmee was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process. From the very beginning they were proactive, responsive, and completely on top of every detail.
What really stood out was their persistence and ability to navigate challenges with the lender. Whenever an issue arose, Helmee already had a solution in place and kept everything moving forward without unnecessary delays.
Communication was excellent the whole way through — quick responses, clear explanations, and total transparency. It genuinely felt like they were fully invested in getting the deal over the line.
If you need a broker who can handle complicated transactions and actually deliver, Helmee is the person to go to.

I was a non resident investor and Helmee streamlined a lot of the paperwork for BTL mortgage deals for me. There were delays on the off-plan property, it was a time of interest rate hike, and there were complications on an individual case. But he secured a great deal for me, when many other dealers had no mortgage provider on their database. I recommend him.

Parvez and Helmee were absolutely brilliant when it came to sort out mortgage for a property we got in Manchester.
Their hard work paid off and we got a mortgage. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again and we would recommend them to anyone wanting a mortgage.

Overall good experience on a complex few cases. Parvez had to handle a lot of back and forths with lender, solicitor and valuation. I had to get my property revalued and go through appeals processes - I myself pushed for this and sent through multiple comparables. I think UKBTL could have been a little more assertive with the lenders and push for comparables to be accepted, as well as knowing the valuation agents a little better. There was also a scenario where the mortgage was expiring - a few weeks extension would have saved my the additional valuation fee and application fee but we were not able to make it happen. Having said that, Parvez did a lot of great work, spend a lot of time on my cases and I would recommend.

I recently used Helmee to source a mortgage for a new build apartment in Manchester.

It wasn’t the easiest mortgage to obtain due to the development being a new build and there were further complexities surrounding build delays. However, Helmee was a professional throughout and made the process as easy as it could be!

Helmee has always been very responsive to emails and a pleasure to work. Even when the mortgage offer was made, the service provided did not change and Helmee continued to make sure I was on the most cost efficient rate.

I have only positive things to say for the service provided and I will definitely be using Helmee again in the future.
