I have made two orders for drain covers and they were dispatched very quickly. They arrived in 2 days and their order process is as quick and efficient as Amazon. Unfortunately 2 drain bases were damaged in the delivery process and I emailed in the issue. Within 2 hours a new set were dispatched. I must admit I was very impressed with the whole experience. Will definitely keep using them because the service is excellent

From start to fish this purchase of a loft hatch went extremely well. The web site is user friendly. The product was first class, and at a good price. The delivery service was great, it was delivered the next day.
