Scammers
Ordered via Temu, with a delivery date of between 16 and 21 May. Turns out they didn't actually have the paint to sell me. Still took my money though.
Funny, still for sale on their website at an increased price. Have sat here with a half painted room for 5 days waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen and couldn't be bothered to tell until the last minute.

I ordered Janitorial products from this company, I spent over £300 they send wrong product when I complained they told me it is the same product when infect it was not. No apology, No Refund or replacement. They are a Con. I would not buy from them again
Really poor service..
Really poor service... I bought some "mugs" as they called it on their website, unfortunately I received 200ml cups which are far too small to be mugs. Want to return the it, so looking on their website it says call us or send and email. So I emailed them.. And surprise surprise they send you the link to the same page it says that you need to email them for return of item!!! Really annoyed! At the end they agreed to take refund but clamed that I need to cover postage and also restocking fee! Avoid this company if you do not want to be cheated!
Warning and awful experience
Ordered 4 fence paint pots (5 litres each). Items were delivered to a random property a quarter of a mile away and customer services, when contacted, stated that they had fulfilled the delivery as it was a neighbor. Now I have wasted £50 as refusing to help me
Please be careful as can see this is a consistent issue and customer services will not help or offer a replacement/refund.

Received a call several weeks ago from the company. Apologised for this happening. Stated they would ring me back…still no resolution to this complaint.

Paid for next day delivery on 10 tubs of paint 5 days later 2 emails and a phone call & it hasn’t even been dispatched. Terrible service.
AVOID - Misleading ad information
I ordered a coffee jug advertised at £12.49 from UK business supplies. The advertisement said '3 Pint Glass Coffee Jugs AND 500 Coffee Filter Papers. However only 500 Coffee filter papers were delivered, NO COFFEE JUG. I contacted them and complained. I received a reply saying I hadn't selected the jug in the 'drop down' menu and therefore had only ordered the filters!
Adam from 'UK Business supplies' called me. I told him that the advertisement was misleading and that I would report this. He replied rudely...'That is the way it is mate, you can report it all you like!' I have attached the original description of the items.
INTERESTINGLY the advertisement has now been changed to say '3 Pint Glass Coffee Jugs OR 500 Coffee Filter Papers'

BE AWARE of using this company. I ordered 4 x 1litre bottles of weedkiller. On delivery 3 x bottles
were found to have leaked from the screw cap which as a hazardous product required the packaging to be immediately removed and safely disposed as waste.
On contact with the company I politely pointed out that in view of the nature of the product a protective tape seal and bubble wrap should have been used by them to ensure safe delivery. As I am unable to produce images of the damaged / disposed of packaging they consider the 'matter closed '. Excellent product but very poor customer service. BE AWARE it could happen to you..........

Yet again matches other reviews, brought lavazza coffee on eBay, courier left outside, clearly taken during the day when I was at work emailed the company and all they have to say is open a dispute full well knowing eBay will find them in favour as it says delivered. How a picture of a box outside means delivered is beyond me!!! What is this world coming too! When asked to open a dispute with courier requests were completely ignored! Absolute waste of my money, really didn’t need the stress over a bag off coffee. I’ll be going to a local shop from now on. Avoid this company they will not offer u any customer service what so ever. It’s pretty much it says it’s delivered and that’s the end of it. A parcel thrown outside my house is not delivered!!!!! I have 2 neighbours always home but the couriers don’t do there job properly anymore and what’s worst is the sender not being bothered about wether or not their customers got their goods. Avoid!!!!!!!
Handled an issue very well
The box arrived and had a blue chemical inside it which is everywhere all over the products I brought, the chemical is burning my hands after washing them several times, also one of the bags of coffee beans was open with the beans gone everywhere. However their customer services team handled the problem well. I've ordered things from them in the past and have always been happy with them.

Ordered 3 boxes of cat food which was on offer on there site.
Price was unbelievable but i ordered anyway thinking maybe it was surplus stock.
Cost just under £12 with delivery. What i received was a box of 8 pouches of cat food. 8 POUCHES. For 12quid what are £3.50 in tesco. I sent an email and then phoned them. They said it was a fault on there site. Ok fare enough, but if so why take the absolute p@£s and send something whats a third of the price i paid. Why not just refuse order.
They said they would get it picked up for a return. Im still sat here waiting for a courier to come collect and still waiting on my refund.
Now they wont answer phone or emails.
SCAM SCAM SCAM Company need be shut down.
Currently waiting on trading standards to respond on grounds of there false advertising, and overpriced scams and theft.
Now had a response email to take review down and il get my refund without returning the item.
Will be used as a good will gesture when in reality its just to have an honest review on the company taken down because it represents bad business

Despite numerous emails to challenge and deny the order was incomplete they simply have walked away from the situation. Their refund policy is joke, not guaranteed full payment also. I could go on but I have decided to take them through Trades description as misold and scamers.
Be aware of this organisation.

Further to my review below I received an email advising me that they would refund the delivery cost. Then I received another email saying that this was not agreed with senior management and now no refund is being made!!!
I placed an order and received a confirmation email. No other notifications were received from either yourselves or Yodel. I emailed after a few days to find out where my order was. I received a reply "it’s in the blue bin". No idea why, no one knocked on the door. Luckily it didn't end up at the tip! I emailed to say what had happened and asked for my delivery charge back as it hadn't been delivered just dumped. To date I have not received this or anything as a goodwill gesture. Very poor indeed. I won't be using them again

Buyer beware. Sells fake items - avoid this seller at all costs!
Purchased a Stewart plant trough from this seller through Amazon. They did not send the genuine item, but a cheap imitation which was completely sub-standard and retails for half the price elsewhere. They said that they sent the 'incorrect item' and would arrange collection for a specified day - they would not specify a time slot, despite asking them 3 times, so we waited in all day and guess what, the courier didn't turn up! We did ask for a replacement with the correct type but they said their listing was made in error and they didn't have the specified type.... so why are they still advertising this item on Amazon? In the end, we had to get Amazon involved in returning this item and getting a refund. Amazon have been amazing but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this supplier. I note from other Amazon reviews that someone else has also had the same issue.

Amazing customer service
I have a S&S delivery of coffee whitener from Amazon every few months, but one of the packets was damaged this time. I contacted UK Business Supplies customer service and explained that it was ordered from Amazon, not directly. After a couple of emails, and sending photos of the damaged packet, I received a replacement today. Great service, thank you Adam
Very poor experience with delivery and putting it right
An order was placed. Order was not received so credit was given. Then the order arrived. Separately another order was placed to ensure receipt of the goods. So we ended up with two orders.
Over the course of a couple of days the company has phoned several times and sent many messages. I spoke to the company on Wednesday and was told everything was ok, but the calls continued so I phoned again on the Friday. I was told different things by different people.
We told the company that we would pay for the goods that had gone missing but later arrived but their systems could not cope properly. Ordering through Amazon seems that their systems do not appear to facilitate payment in circumstances like this.
The staff did not listen properly in dealing with the query, they started saying they would collect the duplicate order after we had said we would pay which didn't make sense to us. They also used business jargon which I didn't understand about their relationship with Amazon. They have put the onus on us to raise another order and say they won't send it out, but we do not have trust in confidence in their abilities and systems and do not want the risk of another delivery. They did say they would collect the goods, but did not give me time to work through when I would be available as I do work.
On speaking to a manager about why they were going to collect the goods (not at a time that we were home) they did not apologise and were frankly arrogant and not understanding. I wouldn't personally order from this company.
Since raising this the written response from the company to this query still did not apologise for the inconvenience caused and threatened to report the vulnerable young adult who raised the order and for whom they have completely confused with their messages on text and through Amazon.
The saying is that attack is the best form of defence and that is certainly how it feels this side. They know that they are dealing with a neurodiverse customer who I am helping. They are calling into question our motives suggesting we are trying to con this business out of £16.49. I can assure anyone reading this that that is not the case. I have sent payment to them.
They told me how many orders they deal with, this has no relevance to me. I am only interested in the orders that we have raised.
I have placed a lot of orders in my time and I can confidently say this is the worst experience of customer service. They have accused us of engineering this situation and not engaged as I would expect a professional company to do so.
At least we won't ever have to deal with each other again as I certainly wont be ordering from this company.
Company has been sent cheque which was posted at the weekend so they won't see order on their systems which we do not have trust and confidence in. So any information about non payment can be ignored. If they had been approachable I would have paid another way but their aggression and preasure was not something I wanted to engage with again.
My advice is keep away from this company.
Update 11th June. A couple of days ago a courier arrived and asked me to confirm I received goods on 1st June. They couldn't tell me the company or goods. The driver said that he would have to pay for missing goods if we didn't receive. I advised that we have many parcels but happy to say we had them so he wasn't out of pocket. I thought thought we had everything we ordered.
So suprised today as the same driver arrived today asking for us to sign for goods on 1st June. This time they had the info of company who sent the goods. It isnt possible to know what was in the parcel and we dont actually know when the delivery arrived. The sender was the same address as UK Business Supplies. So there is pressure on a young vulnerable adult to back date a delivery note. Please leave us alone.

Been ordering from UK Business supplies for a few months now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing variety of products and the staff are always friendly and on hand to help with any queries I may have.
Postage excessive.
£35.99 to post a lesser value order from Liverpool to Isle of Man, have paid less to get motorcycle parts from the US. Would have been £4.79 with Royal Mail.
