I have been waiting over 5 weeks for crittal to respond & come up with a positive resolution resolution to a very poorly manufactured set of very expensive Crittall fire doors, they are now holding up a 2 year development from being signed off as a result of there poor workmanship and appalling customer service
I ordered 2 gates on 11/11/25 and paid in full £7200, at the time of writing 21/03/26 I have received no gates and zero contact from Charles & Ivy, we are now in month 5, why do they think this is ok? I would advise you not to use there service.
I am in day 2 of my contract & smart energy have just taken £4600 out of my account without any notification or invoice, what an absolute disgrace. I would avoid at all costs

I missed the last 5 min of a show, next day endured 3 mins of adverts before I got to ff to the point I missed then another 2 mins of adverts before it started for literally 10 seconds then went to another 3 minutes of adverts before I watched the final 5 mins, no matter how good the show the adverts are proving impossible to endure.
Even the name is dishonest, this is not “The Land Registry” online which is what the name suggests, they charge outrageous prices compared to the real land registry charges. Avoid using this company who exist by challenging reviews & actively removing negative reviews.

I had an appointment for Vodafone to install broadband. 2 weeks into the 3 week wait I received an email cancelling the appointment, no explanation. I rang Vodafone and while I was on hold I received a text confirming the appointment . (You couldn’t make this up) They then said it was a query on the phone number & they could reschedule in another 3 weeks !! I cancelled. They also carried out a credit check that substantially reduced my credit score. I would avoid at all costs. There’s a good reason why they receive consistently bad reviews.

I switched my business electricity in October 2021 with a switch date in October/November 2021. Today I received the agreement from the supplier SP that states the agreement starts next year in April 2022, not what I signed up to, SP wont talk to me saying i need to talk to Love Energy, tried ringing Love energy on 01204 372 746 on 5 occasions, on hold for hours and they simply don't answer the phone, clearly a company to avoid, misleading, dishonest and uncontactable when you have an issue.
