I ordered tent pegs and a tent pole that I needed for a trip. A package was delivered on time but it contained an insect zapper instead of a tent pole. I emailed the company straight away, with photographs of what I had received, and asked if they would be able to get the tent pole to me in time for my trip. I also requested a return label for the item they sent in error. I received no reply. I emailed the company four times in total and did not even receive an acknowledgement of my emails. No phone number is available. Their website says there is a live chat but I have been unable to find it.
I don't have a problem with an error in an order, but I have a major problem with a company that refuses to communicate with customers to rectify a problem. They are legally required to sort it out under consumer right law so are acting illegally.

Very prompt and informed me that there might be a slight delay in posting the product I’d purchased. So excellent customer service. Actual product I’d purchased was spot on. Would definitely use this company again.

I have tried ringing uk camping and leisure on both telephone numbers that they supply with no service or response I’ve also sent an email again no reply I still haven’t received my air pump from them and evri the courier but been in Itouch with them but still no parcel from them I payed £31.90 it’s not good enough from both I’m very disappointed and upset about this matter

Bought a gas fridge that was faulty and I had probably the best return process I’ve been through After a couple of emails confirming the issues it was collected from my home and a replacement was delivered a few days later

We found what we needed at another camping company. Yours came up cheaper we were kept informed about delivery. Great service haven't unboxed the item yet so cannot comment on the items use. I'm sure it will do the job it's designed to do. Will definately look at your Web page again should we need something else.

I ordered £465 tent, they took money, no communication, no delivery, after 2 weeks, I had to chase them - no telephone number!! No email response, finally got through on chat, informed of a short delay from their suppliers, another week later - no communication and same scenario.
I had no choice but to cancel order, I only hope I get my refund. Now I have to buy another tent and only a few days to find one before my camping trip. If I had known I would have used another company 🤦🏻
