Tony and the team have created an excellent course - in the world of Life Coaching courses, you get what you pay for and this is truly reputable and a wonderful learning experience. The team are always on hand to help and I found the structure and delivery of the course second to none. It was recommended to me by my manager at IBM. You won’t find a better course on Life Coaching with such experienced, passionate tutors. Thanks Tony, Mel and Chris!

After doing a lot of research I eventually found UKCPD to complete my NLP Coaching Practitioner course. It is not overstating it to say that it has been life-changing, not only altering my direction in life, but also from the close friends that I made as a result of this course.
As a veteran of many training courses and as a part-time teacher, I was seriously impressed with the content and delivery. Always engaging, interesting and thought-provoking with some superb direction on further reading in each topic.
Even if you have no plans to become a coach, this course will bring focus to your intentions and enhance your interactions and communications with others to such an extent it would be impossible not to improve your life in a meaningful way.

Tony (Nutley), all the tutors and course facilitators are incredibly skilled and adept at delivering courses online in an engaging and impactful manner. I thoroughly enjoyed the 8 month live online course and will be back for more courses to advance my learning and experience.

A truly life changing course not only personally but also incredibly professionally. I also complete the course feeling part of an ongoing supportive learning community.

No help when requested, nearly 3 weeks to answer a question. Couldn't download so the materials. Only time they were on the ball was when payment was missed.

Reply is absolutely false. No missed appointments at all. I did speak to you about the payment plan and replied to messages and engaged in the course.
It can't have been my account you reviewed.

On line study has worked fine for me in the past so I don't appreciate the incorrect judgement.

I have just submitted my ILM Level 7 in executive coaching and wanted to give some feedback in praise of UKCPD and in particular, my wonderful tutor, Mel.

When I wasn’t sure which qualification to peruse Tony was wonderful in giving his time and wisdom in making the right choice for me and what I ultimately wanted from undertaking another qualification.

Mel was responsive and supportive in her guidance - exactly what you would wish for in a tutor when endeavouring to undertake and successfully complete such a mammoth project with many different requirements. She was patient and reassuring when I started panicking after months of procrastination, and helped me focus and step by step get it done. Knowing she was there for me to ask any questions, no matter how small, really helped relieve my overthinking tendencies and enable me to take action.

She was also an amazing coach supervisor, as she was kind, insightful, and wise. Having had some anticipation about the supervision process my perspective on how it can be has changed completely. In particular through the skilled way in which she gently facilitated and increased my awareness as a coach in spite of my overly critical self-evaluation perfectionist traits. This enabled me to uncover the useful learning available from the coaching experience, increasing both my confidence and the benefit for my future clients.

I thoroughly enjoyed my learning journey with The UK College of Personal Development.

Initially I was quite worried about my ability to achieve my ILM Level 7 Certificate in Exec Coaching and Mentoring. I had last studied at University in the 80s! I thought I might be a little rusty.

This soon dissipated once I realised that Mel was right behind me and wanted me to succeed. She was incredibly helpful and supportive. I am still in awe of her ability to read, absorb and critique swathes of material in what seems like seconds!

I enjoyed the online learning lessons too. Tony provided useful links to resources and encouraged deep reflection, both of which prompted yet more learning and insights.

I am delighted that I stayed the course! I like the fact that the qualification itself was both theoretical and practical and that I now have a professional development plan in place for the next twelve months.

I am looking forward to developing the coaching part of my L & D business and to continuing to learn and refine my coaching practice.

Training with UKCPD has been an amazing experience. Having completed the 18 day course, I have come away as a Qualified NLP Practitioner and a Certified Business and Life Coach. I also came away with some new friendships and no doubt some future collaborations will follow.
The course itself consisted of fairly intense online weekends, giving it your 100% is essential to get the most out of it. The additional opportunities outside of those weekends are amazing and I look forward to attending more than I've been able to so far.
The content of both elements of this course was delivered professionally and thoroughly. A lot of time was built in to practice with each other, we received instant feedback to support us in our development, and Tony, along with his knowledgeable team, were always supportive of any questions, answering with respect and professionalism.

I cannot praise the college highly enough. I did the 18 day NLP practitioner and coaching certificate. From the start, the input was clear and organised. The teaching has been high quality, engaging and responsive throughout. All the tutors are incredibly experienced, qualified and well-read. The online learning is imaginative and well-managed, everyone is looked out for and supported. As I have learned and practiced the new techniques, I started to realize that my own life was transforming. What really stands out about everyone at the college is their passion to see all the students succeed, and willingness to go the extra mile to make that happen. This seems to have a really positive effect on the students and their relationships. I've made some real friends. The decision to do this course was without doubt one of the best of my life. I am looking forward to continuing to work with the college, and engaging in further education, supervision and practice as I build my business.

I've just completed the 18-day (9 weekends) "NLP Practitioner & Coach Certification" course. I can't recommend it highly enough. It's been genuinely transformative for me.

Tony, Mel, Chris and the team are expert in their subject matter, and the course is well-designed to build on each previous piece of learning.

There is SO much opportunity to practice built in to the course, that the learning really sinks in, and you're encouraged to start coaching early in the course to deepen your experience.

The amount of coaching practice and feedback you get through the course is amazing, but also the amount of coaching you get as course members practice on each other is huge. That amount of coaching is worth the course fee in itself!

On top of that, I've built some real friendships with others on the course over the last 6 months, and will stay in touch over the years to come.

If I had one regret, it would be about my own behaviour - I didn't start coaching clients as soon as Tony recommended, because I wanted to wait and complete more of the course. Entirely my fault, I was encouraged to start coaching early! As with all courses, the more you put into this, the more you'll get out.

The other advice I'd give is that this is a live course. Although the weekends are recorded, you'll miss out on so much if you don't attend live and get the practice. So treat it as a firm commitment to attend live when you sign up.

I studied for, and successfully completed, the ILM L7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring with UK College of Personal Development and I'd recommend them to you for any programme you might choose to enrol on.
Everyone on the team is approachable, friendly and supportive. My learning experience was fully online, starting it as I did, mid-pandemic, but I never once felt that I was missing out on interaction with Tony, Mel and the rest of the UKCPD staff. I always felt that I belonged. I felt as if I'd known them for years, and often had to remind myself that I was not their own student, such was the friendly support I received.
Investing in your personal development not something taken lightly - I appreciate that - but having UKCPD on that journey with you will make it so worthwhile. It'll be worth it, in so many ways

A great experience from beginning to end. Tony, Mel and the team guided me through the process, step by step. The online workshops worked really well and there were plenty of resources provided at every stage to ensure you got the correct tuition and input to be able to deliver what was needed.

I really enjoyed my experience with UKCPD. As a new coach at the time, I found the material interesting and challenging but also easy to follow, delivered by knowledgeable and helpful facilitators. The team were always responsive and supportive while the sessions were engaging and interesting, all being held online. I still attend the coaching practice groups as I've met some great coaches in the group and find the sessions super helpful. I highly recommend the UKCPD for their remote ILM7 Diploma course.
