This is a scam service

This is a scam service. Avoid. They are misleading the public by charging 35 pounds for something that is available from the NHS website...i have asked for refund but they have said no. This should be illegal. I believe in karma. I'm sure these people will get what they deserve in the end.

Zero stars

This company is not providing any kind of service as it claims; it is not verifying any details above or beyond what the free government website will do for nothing. It is making an easy process confusing and complicated and charging £35 to do so.

Despite the fact that my free NHS application actually provided me with my cards, EHIC Applications UK refused to refund my £35.

This should not be legal.

EHIC Applications UK: please refund ECOrgRef15471 in order for me not to report you to Action Fraud. If you do refund me I will update this review.

Common thieves who ignore you

On Sunday afternoon I foolishly paid these people £35 for an EHIC card before my wife informed me I was an idiot because EHIC is completely free via the NHS website... I was in such a rush I didn't spot the small print on their website. To be fair, they do make it clear that you can get the card for free elsewhere.
The reason for this bad review is because on the same Sunday afternoon I applied for the card via NHS myself then emailed this company to request a refund. They should have picked that up Monday morning and dealt with it. Instead they have opted to completely ignore me (I have had no response whatsoever) and steal my £35 for a service they can't possibly provide because I've done it for myself! These people are common thieves who don't have the decency to reply to emails.

Misleading website that charges unnecessarily.

When coming to renew my EHIC I went on to this website. Filled in my details as the website leads you that way. I was not aware that EHICs can be obtained for free from the NHS website, it was only after paying £35 to these scammers I knew. When demanding a full refund and cancelation of my order they simply refused. Stay away from this website, the NHS may be in a state but you're better off with them than these b*******.
