Poor service, rats an leaks ignored

We have lived in a flat under their care for 12 years, and until recently without an major issues.. however in the past 2 years their service has gone downhill. There was a rat issue via the plastic vents so the were replaced, trapping rats inside my ground floor flat, then ignoring my mails to help get rid of them. Most recently there has been a leak from a communal water cupboard, that has soaked the shared hallway an found its way into my front door, they said they would get someone out an but all that's been done is a towel wrapped around a pipe an the leak still moving into my home. Bad service an the ignore issues they don't like.. do not use them. If I could give minus stars I would!

Excellent customer service

Leanne’s customer service has been outstanding. She took the time, care and attention to listen to, and understand, the problem I was reporting and was empathic and good-humoured throughout. Her acknowledgement of what had been a frustrating and recurrent parking issue for me demonstrated her utmost professionalism, and gave me confidence and belief that she genuinely wanted to help.

Leanne went out of her way to not only resolve the immediate problem, but to also proactively and speedily problem-solve the recurrent issue. Her management of the situation was exemplary, and her communications were professional, detailed and attentive throughout.

I’m very grateful to her for her help and support, particularly during a time in which there is increased pressure and stress for many people. Leanne is a credit to EMS and I’d like to pass on my sincere thanks to her again.

I have lived in a blocks of flats…

I have lived in a blocks of flats managed by EMS since 2014 and they have done a great job - Judy has been excellent throughout and responded to any queries straight away and resolved all issues we’ve had during that time

Spoke to mike and he was fantastic

Spoke to mike and he was fantastic, dealt with my query promptly and as promised resolved that day and provided the documents I needed by email within the hour so I could move forward with my property sale.

Excellent service and management

Excellent service and management, quick turnaround of any queries, items promptly fixed whilst keeping you upto date with the progress. Leanne is an asset to EMS. This was for the communal satellite dish/tv system, but on every occasion is the same response:excellent.

Super helpful Account Team

I have just moved into the property and have to make many enquiries with the Account Team and have found them to be very helpful.

They have been very understanding in regards to the service charge and are flexible when it has come to how it can be paid and have explained everything very well. Just like the other teams at EMS they are easy to get through to via phone and are prompt when responding to emails.

Excellent customer service, big thank you to EMS for sorting our problems out promptly when they have arisen. Good to know I can rely on EMS to respond quickly! Mike recently helped us resolve an issue within the day with multiple quick replies to messages. Thanks Mike!

EMS are super efficient

EMS are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Most of my dealings are with Leanne Scott and she is quick to respond and keeps me updated on progress. She’s worked through a few issues we’ve had with roof leakage and damp and also problems with wiring. I always know what is happening as she keeps me updated and that commitments are delivered upon. Great dog Simba too .... 😉

Great service and helpful staff

Great service and helpful staff who are always quick to respond and resolve any issues we’ve had. We’ve dealt with Leanne and a few of the accounts team many times and have always been very impressed with the service provided.

This Management company are excellent

This Management company are excellent, i dealt with Leanne via email and she was professional and efficient to solve the issue with the buzzer to get in the building. The issue was solved very quickly especially with the unprecedented times at the minute and i was kept updated during the whole process
