The web site is really good and. easy to navigate but it’s really worth phoning in before you order. Penny Williams helped me with exactly what I needed, advice about delivery dates and I got a better price.

Richard Cutler on the phone was great. He was helpful answering questions and also asked the right question to make sure I order everything I need. He also helped processing the order and all went through like a charm. Highly Recommended.

Helpful staff, website was easy to use and understand. Samples were of a good quality and size. Delivery arrived on time, slight damage to some of the packages but sorted within 24hours. Floor looks gorgeous.

I had a great experience with UK Flooring Direct and especially because of the attentive service from Jessica Nevin. She was professional, courteous and efficient. I will definitely be using UK Flooring Direct in the future.

I wasn’t able to apply the discount code so I contacted customer service and emailed the details. I received an automated reply saying that they would get to me, they didn’t. I called them again gave them my case number, they said they would get back to me. They still haven’t bothered to get in touch. Very disappointed as I have used them several times before and always been happy with the service. My orders in the past have been much higher value this one was only £400, perhaps customer service is only good if you spend a lot of money. Very disappointed hence the 1 star rating

Have just made a purchase of some flooring. Wonderful service from a gentleman, David Tonga who helped not only with my order but measurements too.

20% of delivery damaged. 3/15 packs damaged by carelessness, impact damage and water damage. Now have the inconvenience of reporting the issue to customer services and getting them replaced. You would have thought the delivery would have been packaged well enough to ensure the product arrives in a suitable condition given the nature of the product. Just lobbed on a pallet, banding over tightened and no pallet topper to protect from water damage.

When I first ordered my flooring online . I was sceptical.WOW was I surprised the quality of the wood was great it went down so easy. It is easy to clean and great as I had 2 dogs at the time ( I still have one now) my kids also bring their dogs and the floor still looks like new. It was that good I bought it for my whole house as it looks and feels so clean and fresh. I havetold other family and friends to buy from UK flooring as they are : Quick, Reliable and Great Quality flooring. A couple of my packs on one delivery where damaged. The driver told us to keep them. He got straight on the phone the next they were deliveredwithin a couple of days. Even the ordering was eaay I measured my floor put in the measurements and it told me how many packs were needed. I was sceptical but they were right I had the odd one or two pieces left from each room.
