Looks like this company not exist anymore... they give me 5years free service and now is the time for the first service ,I try to call then but even telefon number not exist..if someone have any information about them please share with us

Looks like they are gone. They perhaps planned that as they were cheating customer with plenty years of "FREE SERVICE". For sure they will open a new company without any responsibility.

Boiler due a service as part of agreement and i cannot get hold of anyone. Have they gone under. The director should be banned from setting up another company

Very bad company tgey have gone bankrupt but no doubt will start a company elsewhere worst robbing company I have ever met my boiler was installed one year ago and makes a loud thumping noise my tenants boiler is not fitted properly used them twice out of order no wonder closed down

I have tried to get in contact with them. As i only just got the boiler setup with them like a couple of months ago but no reply. Everytime I call it just says "invalid number". What is going on? Have I lost my 12 years of free servicing and repairs? If so I want to get some help in what to do next.

I have tried yo contact this firm by phone. No longer available on the numbers I have. Googled it and it comes up permanently closed. We were due for a service on 17th December which was cancelled by them at short notice. I was promised a phone call back to rearrange still waiting.

Very poor customer service. Lady on the phone shouts and was aggressive. Also shows lack of knowledge of service what been offered and procedures of completion of the job. Engineer try to be helpful and complete the job but poor since of humor.

Dreadful customer service. Nicky - in the office, will over-talk you and be rude.
Abdul - sales confirms works then denies it! We have witnesses to confirm acceptance of costs & job as short notice - absolutely awful people stay well clear.
I have spoken to other people who have had issues and Nicky puts the phone down!!
I'm sure the response from these people will prove my point 😂 (will be rude and unprofessional)

Excellent service. Phoned Friday 2pm, guy turns up at 4.30 to quote a great price and deal. Engineer Mark arrived 7am Saturday morning to fit. Friendly, informative and very polite. Shoes of in house and all rubbish and old boiler removed. Can't recommend highly enough. 5 star.

I had a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed by this company and could not be happier. Everyone I had contact with, from office staff to installation engineer could not have been more friendly and helpful.
I had four estimates and theirs provided the best package.
The fitter arrived at the correct time, the work was first class and all packaging and old boiler removed from site. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I had central heating installed by uk gas heating in 2019, the workmanship was poor and shambolic. Pipes were supposed to be chiselled in the walls however depth wasn't enough to allow plastering. Wrong radiator for the bathroom was bought, tried to rectify this with the customer service however they stopped taking my call.

Currently redoing some of the work they did. Therefore wouldn't recommend this company. They come across as cheap but in the end it will cost more correcting the mistakes.

The installers arrived 2 hours late, and did not leave until almost 8pm. Even though we knew that they had not cleaned up properly, we were glad for them to go. Afterwards, we found that the system flow had been reversed, which caused the thermostatic valves to vibrate violently making the system unusable. Also the new gas supply pipe had not been earth bonded. They returned 3 days later and rectified the errors.
I listed my complaints (with photos) in an email. After waiting 3 weeks without a reply, I posted the above review. the following day I received a phone call with profuse apologies and the offer of a free service. We said that, given our experience of their workmanship we would prefer any compensation in cash rather than kind. They refused to move on this, so we remain dissatisfied.
