Just a financial scam
I am figjting these guys for 20 months now after i fell for their scam.
They always reply (as they will now) with how sorry they are. I even have a settlrment agreement acknowledged by them in writing, to send me a refund withing 40(!) business days. That was early january 2026! Many emails, but never a respons.
I went on reseach on the address they have on their website, nothing there. I did an investigation with the London Met police, they confirm that is does look like a scam. They will notify the financial investigators and the Home Office. Early september i am back in London at the Home Office to see what legal steps can be done.
I will keep fighting them until i get my agreed refund. Not holding to an agreement is a scam in it’s most simple way.
All there positive reviews are fake. Names who doesn’t exist and Truspilot isn’t helping the victims but it looks a lot like they are protecting them
Update.
They paid today. £247.
It something. It’s what we agreed on finally but still they charged £750 for 2 hours work.
I still would never recommend this company or the other names they use (i know they use 4 other names also)
The London Met police i just spoke are continuing there investigation

UKgic is acting as a fake third party immigration service, call center scamming company, using pay-per-click ads to drive vulnerable immigrants to their website so they can steal all your money. All the positive reviews on review websites are bots and fake accounts. They'll first charge you 750 pounds to "verify" which visa you are eligible for. The verification is just a protected PDF file with a list of UK visas that is on the official UK website that you can read yourself. After you receive it, they'll call you and use an extremely high pressure sales tactic to get you to pay an additional 3800 pounds using a credit card right there and then and send you a contract to sign. The contract was sent through Docusign with a simple list of their services which includes compilation of your personal information/requirements that they will improve and send to their regulated OISC (regulated UK Immigration Consultants).
They don't provide any proof or documentation that they are indeed working on your profile or your visa. They will ask and ask for documentation and keep calling to charge you more without giving actual advice about the visa. When you do cancel and ask for a refund, they will ghost you and stop responding to your emails and calls. Steer clear!
