I still haven’t received my order that…
I still haven’t received my order that I placed on 29th November. I have made contact but have been refused a refund, with with blame being placed on Royal Mail strikes. I understand that there are strikes but 3 weeks is an absolute joke. I have received plenty of other items via Royal Mail that I ordered after this order from UK Glow. APPALLING.

I'm sorry you haven't had a great experience. The item you ordered is inflatable, and I'm unsure as to why they wouldn't blow up. We have not had any other complaints in this matter regarding this product. I am also unsure as to why you haven't attempted to make contact with us regarding this issue. We always want to keep our customers happy, and would have offered to provide you replacements.
At present, I'm sure you're aware, there have been Royal Mail Strikes, and this is shown as an important notice on our website. (At the top of the website in red to maximise viability) - we use Royal Mail as an Economy shipping solution, and other partners such as DX and DPD for faster delivery.
