First time using this company and it won't be my last. I had issues with online banking whilst trying to order, They were patient and polite. The goods are excellent quality and arrived 24hrs after my order!!!

What I look for is that they do exactly as they say they do, i.e., their integrity is sound.
1) I found the site with ease after a quick google search.
2) the bank transfer details appear immediately on the page immediately after the order whereas some you have to wait for an email for this.
3) they respond to your questions.
4) They update you on progress and provide a Royal mail tracking number - so their communication and relationship with supplier and shipper is sound. Then, it's moving your area of trust now they've accepted and passed your order onto the shipping aspect, to
5) Royal mail, who again gave a complete tracking analysis.

All in all, every step, every process of the journey was timely and crucially, they communicated every step of the way - and lets face it, there is always a certain apprehension born of expectation about whether or not you will receive when they they say you're going to - the stress from ordering to receiving the product is generally filled with apprehension, (usually from lesser sites and 'unforseen delays'.

For me, I sent the bank transfer out at 9:37, 21/2 and product was delivered, signed for at 9:50 the following day. There was never any stress and the product is both genuine and utterly reliable. I can only conclude that I'm dealing with complete (discreet) professionals, because lets face it, getiing a few mg of diazepam from a doctor these days is tantamount to asking him for a personal loan - super cautious nanny state Britain.

OMG finally an online company that delivers on its promise.
I have been buying from other online companies for a long time and they never delivered within a satisfactory time frame, infact I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered from the 21st January!!!! I found this company online and thought I'd try them. I ordered Sunday night and they arrived on Tuesday. Very very impressed and will definitely continue to use.

Great quality, genuine products. Delivery is nd pretty much all of the time and when it’s not it’s usually due to service levels at RM itself. If there is ever an issue they will get back to you immediately via WA.
