The absolute worst

The absolute worst! Beware of scam! They did not send the products nor answer any of my 5+ emails inquiring about the order (nicely). You don't get a tracking number or shipment confirmation. You just order and then nothing happens for months. Criminal

I placed an order on June 15th for…

I placed an order on June 15th for £28.23 and received a confirmation stating it was being processed and would be shipped soon. Since then, I’ve contacted the company multiple times for an update and have received no response. Avoid this company at all costs! They seem set up to take your money with no intention of delivering your order.

This company has to be a scam

This company has to be a scam. On the 10th of June I ordered Clove liquid tincture for £6.99 and paid £8.95 for next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm. I got a confirmation email of my order and that was it. Nothing delivered, no word from them, I sent an email of the 11th asking when my order would be delivered and nothing from them.

Appalling Customer Service


I ordered a bottle of Mullein tincture a month ago and it hasn't arrived
In a situation like this I would expect the company to sort it out ASAP to keep the customer satisfied and hopefully retain their business
UkHerbals ignore you,I've contacted them 6 times and haven't received a reply
How they expect to keep customers with this sort of attitude is beyond me
I will never use them again and would advise people to go elsewhere and shop with a company that cares about their customers

We have made a order on their website

We have made a order on their website, paid and we do not get the products. We have sent a lot of emails but only one is answered, and we was told the products was shipped. We asked for tracking number and what company they use and after that they do not answer anymore. We have asked to get our money back, without any answers from the company. They are fake, no phone, no answers. Do not buy from this company. In their website there is many reviews and all are positive. Reviews are made of the company themselves and fake as all other.

No Product and NO REFUND

I have never a such a bad frustrating customer experience. I understand problems occur but it is the way they deal with problems that tells you all you nee to know and this company is appalling. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to deal wit this company. I had a simple problem with my order and had one holding email response in 4 weeks. There is no telephone number to call but they do not reply to emails. I have tried to request a refund but this request as been ignored. SO NO PROUCT AN NO REFUND.
I am now resorting to contacting the credit card merchant services as the only way to get a refund. A useless con of a company. Such incompetence. Avoid at all costs

My order arrived over a month after I…

My order arrived over a month after I ordered it. I chased it at least 7 times. Only one of my messages was answered. Really poor service.

I left this review on their internal rating system (they use Trustmate.io, which then pulls the reviews on their website). That system works the way that if you do not email them directly on support email, the review remains invisible. Why should I email them directly, if they didn't bother to reply to my emails when I was chasing my order (only 1 email was answered) and why should I explain then about the rating, if I already explained it in the review? It just looks like they not a very honest company and wanting to hide unfavourable reviews.

Can't say I wasn't scammed...

26.09.2023 - Placed and paid for the order.

01.10.2023 - Asked for a tracking number. No answer.

04.11.2023 - Asked again for an update. No answer.

11.11.2023 - Order is "processing" and tickets still "pending support". I predict a weak excuse of a response here before my order gets filled, or my tickets even answered.

If it this hard to run a business, you probably shouldn't run a business.

Can't say I wasn't scammed...

UPDATE - Appalling customer service

UPDATE
No evidence of an email sent to me.
I had sent four emails to them, and a further one with pictures of the packet (as requested, supposedly) following their comments here.
Still NO response!

I received an empty package over four weeks ago. Informed UKHerbals, they responded once a few days later, then nothing in response to numerous emails asking for an update. No refund, just silence. I would not buy from UKHerbals ever again. Seems to be a bit of a lottery as to whether you will receive your order.

Hi, Yes we did email you to ask for photos as the proof supplied by Royal Mail showed the item was delivered with no issues. If the item was damaged in transit and the envelope was empty then it should not have been delivered or accepted. Royal Mail have advised that they need evidence such as photographs but you unfortunately failed to provide these so we could not pursue the claim.

It may still be possible to pursue the claim with Royal Mail so please respond to our previous email with the information requested and we will be happy to help.

Awful service...never received my order

I've placed an order for mullein leaf extract way back in February. After numerous emails back and forth, mostly from my side and more attempts to see if my order has been shipped, I've still not received it. The first time I've emailed., I was asked if I want a refund or a replacement as apparently the package has been lost. I requested a replacement and that is when communication stopped. I've emailed to ask for a refund but there has been no reply. What an awful customer service and experience. It's not like you can throw away money these days and for the company to just ignore my query and take the money but do not deliver the products is disgusting... I don't even want to give them 1 star. Be careful if you buy from this company. I did contact the customer care department and had no help. If it was rejected by customs you would have received it back, yet I never received my refund. Adele

The product is good but there was an…

The product is good but there was an issue with the postage system they run.There is a cut off time for your order to be dispatched within 24h but even when this time has passed this type of delivery will be still suggested and you pay the higher fee for not receiving your order within 24h. I only saw this cut off time after I have placed my order.So one could say it was my fault but it still feels a little bit like you were tricked and leaves a bitter taste behind.

1 star is due to the fact that the company hasn’t got back to me when I emailed them about the strength of vitamin c which I ordered. Reply would be nice, however if you can’t be bothered to reply to the customer then that was the first and last time I ordered anything from you.

I'm order product. And not received parcel. I'm send two emails last ten days and no have any information about what the problem is happen.
