This site is misleading and probably a scam. Now they have all my information. Support number goes to a premium charged service line. There reciept from Help to Move Uk is not there site.
As others I have was led to believed I was dealing with the dvla when on this site. Entered all my personal information including bank details. I then also stupidly paid the £49.99 fee, I requested a refund within minutes. Not receive the refund as yet. Just hoping my details aren’t in the wrong hands. How these sites are allowed to run and also be first on Google’s search list for dvla searches. I feel stupid for falling for this, just hoping others see these reviews before they fall for it too.
This service is fraudulent and the DVLA should have this site shut down
If you requested their service within the last 30 days visit the website and request a refund immediately. I did so and it seemed like a no questions asked quibble free process as my refund was "approved" immediately upon entering the email address used when completing the forms. Wheather my refund actually gets paid remains to be seen.
I cannot believe the DVLA allow these useless thieves to fraudulently get all my personal details while presenting itself as part of them I am so outraged and frustrated now I don’t know who to complain to . I paid £39.00 thinking I had to pay to get my address changed. Now I am v worried because they not only have my personal details they also have my bank details and my passport and National insurance number. This is very very bad business!!!
Thiey should not be allowed to do this - they take all the information that DVLA needs and then just puts it into the free DVLA form. In the meantime they have all your personal data that could be used to steal your identity. I know I should have read the small print on the website but I didnt.
