Good price and quick delivery

Excellent and trustworthy transaction with this company. Paid a tad more than other companies for my product but the product is much better quality and they weren’t scrumpy with filling the bags. Can’t fault them!!

Good service free 48hr pallet delivery and imo the pini kay heat logs from UKLogsDirect are the most efficient burners. Based on my unscientific testing against other brands.

We have a big old 3 story house and now bought a pallet load every year and it saves us a lot of money vrs having the heating on.

Fag packet maths shows in one month using heat logs supplemented by seasoned logs from garden/local trees pays for itself in month one. Keeping a log burner (we have two) 'ticking over' through the day keeps the house aired and avoilds having to put the radiators on unless it drops below 5 degrees outside.

The maths around heat pumps and solar heating dont work for a house that is 130+ years old and has no cavities in the original footprint. We could use solar for charging the car or selling back to the grid but unless you have a fully insulated house and less than 20% of UK housing stock meets 2002 standard, the sums don't work or the payback is way beyond my lifetime...

Some options out of stock which effected my eventual choice and probably cost.

It's not our first time choosing this company, the price was reasonable but the overall size of the logs were smaller than our previous purchases so I split them into two piles. To many small pieces for liking but we have a smaller wood burner in our dining room so not a disaster.
I will use them again.

Ordered the logs and other peripherals bits and bobs added to the order. Two days later the crate was sitting at home. No fuss, friendly lorry person and considerately carried out.

This is the third year I have purchased a full pallett of pini kay heatlogs. They burn really well, give off great heat and leave little mess. When we get our log burner serviced every year they always ash what we burn as everything is so clean and hardly any residue in the flu.
