great service, always a fast delivery and good products

Easy to do business with online and helpful staff if you need to speak with someone. If ordering Compatible HP CE322a Yellow cartridges, the cyan and yellow both have code CE321A shown on the website so you may get a cyan instead of a yellow which has happened to me.

They didn't pay me my last 2 jobs so I had a bad experience and not recommended any interpreter or translator to work for them

Nothing came so naturally I can't review it. This may be standard pratice for all I know.

We have tested this 'New Supplier' and so far ,the pricing was great and the delivery around 2 days : reasonable! Our business will be buying more printers soon and I'll check once again if the next order will be like the first order !

Was told next day but did not arrive till following day would have given 5 star

Totally useless, ordered Thursday 4.30 pm. left a message over the weekend asking when I could expect delivery - no response. Called Monday and was told I would have the delivery on Wednesday, nothing arrived, Called Wednesday morning and was told they would call me back - never did, Called Friday morning and was told it would be a few days - disgraceful !!

Only ordered from UKLS as I urgently needed a replacement ink cartridge and they offered next day delivery if ordered by 3pm, which I did on Monday as the website said it was in stock. By Wednesday nothing had arrived so tried calling them 8 times only to be put on hold for about a minute and then promptly cut off each time. Resorted to chasing by email but never got a reply. Finally got through on Friday morning only to be told it was out of stock and they were awaiting delivery. There was no notification, update or apology, so requested a refund as I purchased elsewhere (which did arrive next day). Absolutely awful company to deal with. There's a reason it's cheap. Avoid if you want a reliable company with good customer service!

Excellent price but took a little longer to arrive than expected, however at the price I'm still happy. Since then I have had problems with the company. Twice sending me the wrong cartridge one after the other, refunding me the incorrect amount (less) and when asking to speak to a supervisor, having to call again 24hrs later before getting anyone to talk to me.

Used to subscribe to HP Instant Ink. Moved back from Europe to UK. Tried to transfer account, no good. Had to cancel.
Tried to open account in UK but can't get any sense out of them. Now they can't locate my printer either!!! Its in the spare room on my desk and working well. Husband tried to get account instead of me but they couldn't comprehend that either. They still ask if we want to reinstate previous account in France!!! Total nightmare! So I'm looking elsewhere and you got lucky today. Easy peasy to find what I want, good price and no problems paying. Excellent!!

Both price and speed of delivery were excellent, but the website could do with some work. For this reason I had intended to give no more than four starts, but as the person making the delivery went to considerable effort to make sure I received it, I thought only four stars would be churlish.
(i) At one point the website said "Please enter an order number". The order hadn't been completed at that point and as far as I knew no order number had been generated. I entered the number 1, and at some later stage an order number did appear.
(ii) When I clicked on the link for Terms & Conditions it said Error 404 - File not found. However, I was able to find the Ts & Cs by going to the home page and clicking on the Policies link. This in turn did have a link to the file, which did exist.
Re the actual delivery - I had requested that if I was not in, the package should be left with my next-door neighbour. As it happened I was up a ladder at the back of the house when the delivery was made, and when I came to the front door I saw a note giving the name and house number of someone from across the
road; so I am guessing this must have been the third door the deliverer knocked on. Admirable perseverance.

Very easy to order and quick delivery and great price

Ordered from UKLS as they offered next day deliver, if you 'order by 1500'; 2 days later still nothing, call them and it's being dispatched today, no communication, no notice no apology.
Obviously don't care about the service they provide.
