Very disappointing service

The items I ordered were sent in a thin cardboard box with no packing. Unsurprisingly, the box split open in transit. Some of the contents could easily have fallen out or be damaged. The i-gels that were sent were the basic i-gel and not the i-gel Resus pack which was illustrated on their website and was what I wanted. I understand that since complaining, the Resus pack photo has been removed from the website. Finally, I ordered two 20G cannulae and was sent three.

Stay away

Place order on 22/06/25, approved and shipped on 23/06/25 according to the email I received, I paid for DPD next day. No order received till date, dpd website saying, order not received for delivery yet. I should have checked reviews before placing my order. Going to contact papal to get my money back.

Yes believe what people are saying!! It says total to pay at checkout but only AFTER you have paid the postage is added on so you don’t see the extra £4 postage but you have already paid - truly shocking and misguided information - IT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR BEFORE PAYMENT IS TAKEN!!

False the price that makes you decide

We have bought a product and it has indicated that it cost a final price, but after making the payment with the card it increased by 70%. I don't recommend this website for online shopping, because they hide the final price until you have already finished the payment. BE VERY CAREFUL.
We are grateful that, finally, when we requested the cancellation of the order, they refunded us the full amount.

I've reviewed your order and can see that you are based in Spain and your order was placed on our UK Website.

The price you saw on the product page doesn't include shipping and will have had UK VAT included.

When you reached the checkout, you will have been shown the delivery options, which for Spain is Spring GDS and has one price.

The price for the item, Spainish VAT and Shipping will all have been shown to you prior to checking out. Our website runs on Shopify, and this is the way all Shopify stores work, its not possible for us to charge any more for products after you have agreed and completed checkout.

I can see that you contacted us after placing the order and that your order was refunded completely.

Superb

I just received my order, it was delivered promptly and exactly right. Superb to find a company that can deliver the kit I need to administer my B12 (cobalamin) jabs. Our gp surgery seems to struggle to supply the right things! Thank you for an easy to use and speedy service.

Never received item

Never received item, when complained that I never received Item, they told me that it's delivered to old shipping and billing address, which is absolutely impossible! I double checked letter by letter and I don't know what happened, but it's impossible to put wrong address typing letter by letter.
Anyway my money is lost and I don't do business with them ever again!

I've gone ahead and checked your order. The information we provided is correct. Your order was placed using the address we shipped it to.

This can be confirmed in the email we sent when you placed the order and when the order was dispatched, the shipping address is also shown on the order confirmation page after you have completed checkout.

We never change customer shipping addresses, and it's not possible for us to know if an old address has been used, this is why we show the shipping address at multiple stages, to allow customers to spot mistakes for us to update before despatch.

As your order was delivered we can't recover the items and attempt to find a way to have them delivered to the correct address.

I'm sorry if this isn't the resolution you were hoping for.

Superb experience with UKMedi

Items easy to order. Prices are very reasonable for the items I ordered. I contacted them to see when I would receive my order as it was ordered over the festive period. Email was answered within an hour of being sent. Item received the next day. Can't fault UKMedi for prices , website , delivery or customer service.

I had a mixed experience with UKMEDI

I had a mixed experience with UKMEDI. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was prompt. However, the pricing seemed misleading as I received fewer syringes than expected, which was disappointing. Additionally, the delivery service used was unreliable, which may cause issues if you need items urgently. Customer support could be improved as well. Overall, a decent service with room for improvement. 3 stars.

Apology to UKMEDI...they where absolutely correct in the order they sent after checking with my partner,it was us that put the wrong order in not UKMEDI ..Once again my apologies..

Second time used this company second time order was wrong ...give up ....ordered 1 box of green needles and 1 box of blue ..what I got was 2 boxes of green needles and 6 separate blue needles in the bottom of the box it all came in ...yes they are cheaper than most but at least the orders are correct...

Looking at your order, you ordered

Unisharp Green needles x 100
Braun Green needles x 50 (x2)
Braun Blue needles x 10

So that would be 2 full boxes of Green needles and 10 loose needles.

I've also reviewed the video footage of your order being packed and can confirm they were the items picked and packed into your order.

The delivery was fine

The delivery was fine, searching for small amounts of what I needed was a bit more problematic but thanks to a link from the vets I managed to find everything, in less than 100s.
The money off offer could have arrived earlier than after my order had been placed, otherwise everything was ok
