I had the worst experience ever that changed my life. A dental professional from this clinic adviced me to put two bridges on top of my front 6 teeth.

So she trimmed my existing ones and put very ugly and uncomfortable bridges that I have until today.

I've been asking her several times whether braces are better solution but she pointed the bridges as the best way. This literally changed my life. I can't even bite food anymore. My bite doesn't fit and also now the teeth underneath start hurting me when try to bite something.

I asked for refund so I could go to a normal clinic, not this fast money making store. They said if I give them the bridges back they will give me my money... Because they know that for me to fix what they destroy now gonna cost me much more money and time.

Everything changed since then. My life, my avarage mood, the way I eat, the way I live...

DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN A CAVITY OR SOMETHING SMALL!
THEY DON'T CARE, THEY WILL ONLY RECOMMEND YOU WHATEVER WILL BRING THEM QUICK MONEY!

I had an appointment for today at 2pm. I showed up 3 minutes before the appointment and was asked to sit in the reception area. Did not hear any apology or advise that Mr Paulius will be late. At 2.40 I was called by Paulius to the room. I left his room at 2:46 and was asked to pay £100 . Also, the same tooth was fixed 2 times before by Paulius. Is it the normal price to charge £100 for 5minutes?? I do not think that is the responsible price for a few minutes. When I asked the receptionist why it was £100 I just got the answer that she is not deciding the price list and is it normal. Do not think that is normal, especially when me and my husband are your loyal clients.
Definitely I am feeling that I was unfairly charged for 5 minutes service.
