Avoid this company.

We paid a £1,500 deposit for a stair lift. Just 7 days later, my father-in-law sadly passed away, so I immediately contacted Scott to cancel and request a full refund within the legal cancellation period.

They initially refused to return the deposit and made the whole process extremely difficult. I had to chase them constantly, their email didn’t work, and they made no effort to contact me.

We were also told the stair lift was brand new, but later found out it was refurbished. This is very misleading.

Having to deal with this while grieving made an already difficult situation much worse. Getting our money back was a struggle when it should have been straightforward.

Think very carefully before giving this company any money.

Happily recommend …

From initial discussion and very competitive quote from Scott, the stairlift was supplied and fitted within a week. Excellent work from Dominic and Wayne who were timely, polite and very professional. Fitted in about 2 hours with no difficulty and cleaned up afterwards.
Recommended.

Excellent

Needed a stairlift to fit a really awkward cottage staircase - from the first phone call with the company right through to the fitting and after sales, we found Scott and his team to be first class. I would happily recommend this company - thank you very much.

Brought a stairlift from this company

Brought a stairlift from this company and was told they might buy it back when no longer needed. So rang them and wasted 3 weeks. After a week following my first phone call, phoned back and put in touch with Scott - who hadn't phoned back the previous week. He asked for photographs and I sent them straight away. Days later get a message via Whatsapp that he would bell me tomorrow. This message was on a Saturday night at 22.12. He phoned Monday. Arranged removal Wednesday at 5pm. Didn't turn up or had the curtesy to message or ring to say not coming. Would not recommend buying or trying to return a stairlift by this company.
