Very good guy two deal with got a static caravan was delivered as said and lovely team very friendly will always use

UK static caravans have delivered an impeccable service to myself and my husband. Nothing was too much trouble, caravan is absolutely perfect and was delivered exactly when I asked it to be. Delivery team were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jamie from UK Statics came out to assess the driveway for delivering a static, Confirmed all was great. Delivery was one giant disaster!!! Delivery team said no way was it fitting through the entrance. So dropped it in a layby across rd, blocking the whole of our village, eventually we had to tow it to our drive. most of the trim got damaged, The tyres exploded, The front got damaged. Eventually after a whole evening trying( the delivery team did try!) It was delivered, The caravan was sold all working, No one had bled the system and radiators which had all split in the cold weather before getting here, The boiler which was promised to be working, WASNT. the bathroom had to be dismantled and the pipework had split behind the walls, All the sink pipework was damaged so when connected flooded the caravan. Both doors no longer close due to so much movement delivering it. Could go on and on but wont as it's been nothing but distress!!!!

Sold my caravan to STFCaravanTradimg who are their agents. The price agreed was £4750 I said the caravan could be collected in February but they asked if it was possible to collect in January. I did my best to accommodate but with holidays and bad weather it was not ready until early February. I was paid £500 by SDB on January 4th and was told that the remaining amount would be paid on collection. After numerous calls, messages and emails to STF because I was under the impression that they had bought the caravan about collecting the van I eventually called the caravan park to be told that it had been collected mid February. I kept messaging about lack or payment and eventually on March 8th was paid £4000. This was £250 short of agreement when I queried this with SDB they said that the axel stands were missing and there was damage to the front. I should have been told of this on collection and asked if they would send me photos they said they had already sold the caravan. No doubt they would have made a reasonable profit because the caravan despite what the owner of the firm said was in very good condition for its year. Would I use them again NO!!

Purchased a static caravan at a good price. Held by the company for 6 weeks whilst site was prepared. Delivered to site perfectly despite a number of issues.
Would recommend them to anybody
