My daughter had an issue with her accommodation next year and Kieran went above and beyond to help her switch houses. They were helpful and understanding of her issues and really made the whole process easy for her.

The house we originally wanted to see didn’t meet our expectations but Chelsea Lingard helped us find the right place. She was super adaptable and knowledgeable and made it really easy to book. The whole group felt comfortable talking to her with any questions. She was professional and friendly throughout and everything was organised the same day.

Staff member Chelsea Lingard in Lincoln was extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly. She did an amazing job and answered all our questions. A true asset to the company!

Do not book with this diabolical company! you spend half your year trying to get through to actually speak to someone then when you do they are just patronising and full of broken promises. Tanya is by far the worst the way she looks down her nose at you and has a serious attitude problem when dealing with complaints.
Also had an email promising rewards for giving 5* reviews what an absolute sham!

This rental organisation are the worst landlords we have ever experienced. Firstly, for anybody questioning whether the reviews are authentic or not - all tenants received an email around a month ago, detailing that if you gave UKStudentHouses a 5 star review, then you would be rewarded financially. Plenty of the most recent reviews, therefore, are five stars - but this is completely and utterly a lie. You can blatantly see them all posted on the same day. We have had severe damp, mould, rat infestations, leaking, a broken boiler and experienced no hot water/heating for over two months. They do not answer the phone, they do not answer even the emergency line - and if you are lucky enough to get through to them, they don't maintain or solve the issue. We have, in the past, rung 19 times - in minus two degree weather, stating that we have no heating. The landlords have always responded that it will be fixed, and yet not even a plumber is sent out. Or, occassionally worse than this, they tell you a plumber will be there that evening - and confirm it over the phone and nobody arrives at the property. I cannot emphasise this enough - this has happened every single time we put a maintenance query through. They are, undoubtedly, the worst landlord company ever. Furthemore, the property was absolutely disgusting when we arrived. Stains and smells coming from the sofa, mattresses that are broken, urine all over the bathroom walls, stains up the walls, no working light in the kitchen, and no carbon monoxide alarm (which is illegal). There were worms in the toilet - and we have a hole in the roof that has been there since September but it has not been fixed. Also, you will have maintenance men arriving in your property with no warning. Again, we are aware, illegal. They have entered our bedrooms, our house, without knocking or announcing themselves. We receive no correspondence from UkStudent Houses regarding this - and we have reported it to them via email, the app, and the telephone. There is no physical office for them to arrive at (which somebody did confirm over the phone). You are given 6+ different emails (that nobody responds to you). I genuinely cannot stress this enough - your rented accommodation will be falling apart and disgusting, and you will have NOBODY speaking to you. We had no shower, no heating, no hot water for over a month in the winter - and nobody even came to assess the issue. Our internet has broken before - and again nobody gave us any help for a month. They promise to repay you financially for reviews, for clean properties, they state inspections will happen (and they don't). This company is 110% a scam, and do NOT rent with them. Unless of course, you like experiencing landlords who break the law over ten times during your tenancy. UkStudentHomes are disgusting, and every single person who works for the company should be ashamed for putting young people through this.

We completed a carpet clean for one of there propertys on 16th of september after many attempts to send invoice they have opened the email several times but still wont pay there debt.

My experience getting accommodation with UK Student Housing was a very smooth, reassuring and comforting process. Great property manager and quick and easy communication

I’ve been living in a UK Student Houses accommodation for the past 1 1/2 years now. My property agent is extremely helpful. We get regular cleaning done. Whenever we have maintenance issues, it gets sorted out immediately. The helpline is also very active.

It's been a wonderful experience so far. All the benefits they advertised are being fully enjoyed. Cool, conducive and affordable apartment. I love it and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve had a really good experience with UK Student Houses this year. The flat was newly renovated when we moved in, so everything is modern and in great condition, which made such a difference.

The location is ideal for uni and the rent is very reasonable for the quality of the property. The team are also quick to respond to emails and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend.

I enjoyed living in the accommodation managed by UK Student Houses. The management is proactive in responding to emergencies and maintenance issues. And they are always available to respond when called. I enjoyed my stay with my wonderful colleagues and would recommend to any person who is looking for an accommodation.

They are really responsive when it comes to any maintenance issues, also have regular visits to ensure everything is okay at the property whilst maintaining your privacy and communicate every time a visit is going to occur.
