Absolutely amazing service! Can not thank Dan who helped us with our purchase enough!
We were let down last minute by another company and we required a marquee for our family members funeral. After going on a frantic hunt I found the UK tent site but the delivery stated would not get the marquee to us on time. I called the number on the site and spoke with Dan who assured me he could provide exactly what we needed and for it to be delivered in time for the funeral. I called on a bank holiday weekend evening and my marquee arrived as promised on bank holiday Monday! He kept in touch via texts reassuring me it was on its way as I was extremely worried we would have nowhere for the guests to attend. The driver also contacted myself to let me know he was on his way and what time he would arrive.

The marquee was great quality and looked perfect for the event. It was easy to assemble and take down.

From the moment I ordered the customer services was nothing but outstanding, I received a complimentary phone call to go through my order and they explained they will be in touch again with delivery times and outlined all the info I would need, Dan particularly couldn’t do enough and nothing was too much trouble to ensure everything went smoothly. He responded to all my enquiries so efficiently and with expertise and such friendliness - they rang exactly when they said they would for delivery and if would be AM or PM and our Marquee was here within the 2 weeks stipulated - excellent and would highly recommended, thank you for a great customer experience and quality product. They couldn't be more helpful. The delivery guy carried the several boxes through and made sure everything was there and I knew what was what.

The marquee was much better than I expected. Its strong, easy to put up and take down (me and my mate found it a doddle so long as you dont rush). Cant recommend enough.

I bought a marquee from UK tents for my daughter’s 18th birthday party to have in our garden. So glad we bought one as now we have it to keep for every occasion and has saved us so much money! It was so easy to put together and I was so impressed with the quality. Such an amazing service too I called up and they were so helpful answering all my questions. Also a really quick delivery. I highly recommend and will be buying one in another size too :)
